Tata Nano — against body material.

My car is of 2010 model and only 12000 km ran.
The Body is becom rusted and in very bad shape. The body matarial of my Car is became subject to resurch. Facing lot of difficulties and spend lot of money in repairing.
Pls. help me in replacement of body of my car.
