I am a senior citizen aged 78 years and an owner of a TATA NANO CS vehicle bearing registration No. KL 29H-5807 PURCHASED FROM CONCORDE RF MOTORD ALAPPUZHA.The vehicle is presently lying at the work shop of RF Motors Alappuzha from April 23rd onwards.Iam without my vehicle unable to move about and my difficulty has been time and again communicated to RF MOTORS ALLAPUZHA but of no result. ON 8th may I was informed that the battery of my car has reached their workshop at Alappuzha and that my car will be delivered to me on the 9th evening itself .Again on the 9th evening when I contacted the workshop I was told that my car will be ready by the 12th. It has been about 20days since my car was taken for replacement of the faulty battery which developed complaint from the 4th month of me purchasing the vehicle ie on July 2014, the month I purchased the NANO CS.I hope that my grievance will be redressed and I get my car at the earliest. This is to let you know that I’m a proud owner of TATA NANO from the inception as have received a car which was out first in 1 Lac allotment. Kindly read this Email carefully as I would like to express my unsatisfactory impression towards the dealership network of yours at Ahmedabad with a name of ASPI Cars Pvt. Ltd. @ Sarkhej Area. To begin with allow me to introduce me with my car’s number as following; TATA NANO @ Model - CX @ GJ-5-CN-5209 Owner Name: Sauhard Baxi Complaint:>> I have been served by ASPI Cars Pvt. Ltd. Eversince have taken delivery from Auto Point, Surat. So far their service were very pleasant and courteous except my last service which I would like to raise an issue and bring it to your view. Serial No. Date Action 1 22/4/2015 • My Nano was sent for a regular service for which the AMC was bought before from ASPI Cars Pvt. Ltd. • Car’s general/regular servicing was required such as oil change and engine tuneup. No other difficulties were present with my car at all as there are no traces of any even in previous services at ASPI which I did make them check and esure the same. • Drove the car from Paldi to Sarkhej area ( 5 to 8 Km distance approx.) with Chilled AC as Nano has which is Best in the Segment and Class so far in the entire Auto Makers in India 2 22/4/2015 • Car was received by the evening from ASPI Cars Pvt. Ltd. • When drove the same in the evening, found the AC not working well like a day before. 3 23/4/2015 • Complaint call was made to ASPI CARS Pvt. Ltd. For AC not working well 4 27/4/2015 • My Car was again sent back to ASPI CARS Pvt. Ltd. For rechecking the AC and having it fixed to the original state as had handed over before the service. • Car was checked and conveyed by Mr. Shuklesh (technichian head) that few things need to be replaced. However for the AC he assured me that he’ll get it worked as good as it was before 5 27/4/2015 • Car was picked up in the morning by Mr. Ijaz while he parked his scooter Activa at my home and delivered the my car back from ASPI CARS Pvt. Ltd. In the evening and picked his scooter up from my home. • Again in the later night when drove the car, felt that AC was yet not up to the mark as experienced on 22nd Morning from Home to ASPI CARS Pvt. Ltd. 6 1/5/2015 • Due to my day off had called and conveyd Ms. Fenila, Receptionist that my car STILL has an AC problem which wasn’t there when I dropped it to you for servcie. • Due to a day off of the AC technician no services were offered by ASPI CARS Pvt. Ltd. Nor could I drop it to get anything done. 7 3/5/2015 • Drove the car with really weak AC and spoke to Mr. Mehta (GM of ASPI CARS Pvt. Ltd.) that there’s a problem with my AC from the day I’ve received my car out from your workshop on 22nd April’15. • He offered a bit of help in rechecking and having a bit of the charges waived off • Dropped the car and waited for their call back 8 4/5/2015 • I was called from ASPI CARS Pvt. Ltd. By Mr. Shuklesh saying Cooling Coil is bent (which I personally do not think that my family or I have done it at all as it is placed way inside the dashboard) and needs to be replaced. • All I asked hiim to do was to bring my car to the state in which it was given to ASPI CARS Pvt. Ltd. On 22nd April’15 and make sure that all the charges or anything that occure, I do not be bothered as I dount find my fault at all in just providing a car for a service to one of the dealer, ASPI CARS Pvt. Ltd. 9 5/5/2015 • I was called by Mr. Shuklesh again and said the car is ready for pick up and the total amount payable is 6000/- Rs. • Went and met up with GM, Mr. Mehta and also spoke with Mr. Shuklesh to waive off the charge as I had given my car to ASPI CARS Pvt. Ltd. For a regular service without any problem in car’s AC. • I was denied to take off any of the charges and was finally offered free service with oil & lube change worth only 1200/- as a compansation • I decided not to pay and keep the car with them as they’re at fault in making my working AC not working and then when complained, charged me sky high of 6000/- Kindly do consider my request and have something sorted out quickly as have left the car with them and do not wish to pay uselessly charged 6000/- for AC which handed them over in WELL WORKING condition. My family & I are very impressed with Tata as we owned Indigo CS previously and currently own Nano since its inception. We look very much forward for your new model of Nano, The Tata Nano AMT. Which we are so eager to book one already. However; with this bad incident, we’re heartbroken and have very less of a trust specially over your local dealer, ASPI CARS Pvt. Ltd.. I seek an urgent resolution to this problem of mine as have important tasks to be completed personally and professionally and can not do it with out my car.           Sir, My car's reg: no: KL-01-BQ-4977 forabout a month earlier my car indicate over heat complaint. I informed it to emargancy break down department. They assist me and take my vechicle to Mohandas Service Center .And give back my vechicle on next day. From their information i can understand that the complaint was on my vechicle's termostat. Yesterday(26/4/15) i was rushing to Kilimanoor with my Family ( including 2 small children) . When reached at Venjaramoodu the van sees the problem of over heat . I stop the van and call break down dept: as per their conversation with mechanic he said to me that drive van 5 kilometers and stop it after 10 or 15 mints start and drive it to home because I said to them that in my van their is my family. As per advice i reached home and started waiting for mechanic. Forabout 8.45 pm they called me and said that " Sir, can we came on tomorrow morning 10.00 AM". I agree with them because I am also a human. Today at 9.45 am they called me and said that please call to TATA office once again. When i called to Tata office i understand that my car's complaint is closed. Now i register with a new complaint( No:[protected]). Sir I want to inform you that i did not want any collabration with MOHANDAS MOTORS. I want to chek my car on FOCUS motors near bypass Trivandrum. Please do somethig as earlier as possible.

            I own a Tata Nano with registration no. RJ27 CC 1250, located at Udaipur, Rajasthan. I had been suffering miserably due to frequent change of Tata Dealers in Udaipur. As promoted by the Tata Executive, I also purchased the GOLD-AMC for my car at the time of purchase of Nano. However, since my purchase I am not getting Quality Service and have the following complains :- 1...Since my purchase never did I got an average above 18km/ltr. Presently, I am getting an average of 16.5 km/ltr. 2...The horn of the care required replacement during January 2015, however your dealer couldn't arrange a new horn, hence I had to purchase it from the market ??? I had to do this, as it was very riskful to run the car in the city, without a horn. 3...The Bonnet of the car is badly rusted at two points. It's a very shocking lapse on account of materials used in the car. Rusting on the lower rims is still understandable, but rusting on the edges of the bonnet is utterly shocking. The dealer says this is neither covered under the warranty nor covered under my AMC ??? 4...I had to pay for Oil change, washing & vacuuming, Standard Checks AC Filter, Filter Packs during service on 11/4/2015. However, I was told that Oil change etc. is free during entire AMC period. Request you to resolve the issues at the earliest. Regards, Sunil Kumat Corporate Channels India Private Limited

              I am the owner of Nano LX model purchased in 2011. When I depress and release the clutch there is a :"jerking" sound from the vehicle. I had given the vehicle for service in Vijay Motors, Ottapalam, Palakkad dist, Kerala. They told that the problem is in the clutch shaft and the same is not in stock with them. So I request you to make available the product at the service centre at an early date.

                Your Dealer TAFE – Coimbatore city have not paid me a cash offer of Rs.10, 000/- as they have committed. Even with regular follow up over phone and my personel visit to TAFE there is no use. They are dodging like anything. General Manager of TAFE Mr.Jeyaraj has assured many times but he has failed all the time. When I told him that I am going to write a complaint to TATA Cutomer care, He is telling that any how you have to come to me only. For your Kind information I Exchanged my Old Nano Car with New Model TWIST. MY VEHICLE NO. TN66M2310. I have taken a Delivery on 22.10.2014. Even after 4 months they have not paid my money. I already made a complaint 10 days before but still no action has been taken. Still I want to settle the issue on a smooth way but no action has been taken from your end. I got an SMS but in vain. I cannot wait further.

                  This is to bring to your notice that my vehicle No. KL7BN 9330 purchased from Concorde Motors, Kochi and a service history being maintained by the same dealer has been intimated by the dealer that the vehicle is rusted on the bottom, ceiling and interiors. The vehicle for your kind information has covered 43, 000KMS only and has started loosing its color while it has covered 22000KM and the same stands communicated during the service at that time. On raising the issue with the Delaer, to our utmost surprise, we where informed that the TATA MOTORS has refused to rectify the manufacturing defect, while requesting to revert with a detailed report after the follow-up with the dealer by 07th March 2015, it may be noted that we intend to proceed with the local media and consumer court for action deemed fit. For your kind information the vehicle was sent for servicing during the second week of Feb'2015 and the vehicle is still under the custody of M/s. CONCORDE MOTORS, KOCHI, the agency has collected 4, 500/- for servicing.                     Hello, My Name is Abhinendra srivastava, Before 18 days, I was send required documents to Suyash TATA, Lahartara, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh for finance TATA Nano Twist XE. Before 5 Days I got a call from Suyash TATA, Lahartara, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. They said " your all documents is ok and you are eligible for loan.. come on Saturday( 21 Feb. 2015) because we need your signature on all documents, after these formalities we will delivered "TATA nano twist xe" on same day" ... I went and completed all formalities but They did'nt delivered and said "come on monday(23rd Feb 2015) after 2 pm" ... Again I went on Monday at 12:30 pm and wait till 9 pm, finally they said " Your profile so good, why are you buying "TATA nano twist xe" buy some top level cars, That's the reason TATA finance send your case in sample...wait 1 day more We will delivered "TATA nano twist xe" at your home..."                       Dear Sir I had given my car for service YESTERDAY AND GOT THE CAR TODAY DELIVERED at 4.30pm. I had informed that gear and clutch alignment is very hard and this if you see my vehicle history you can notice from the year I gave my 1st service I have been having problems on this issue. Now I m told that clutches are hard and need to be replaced which cost me Rs.5000/- app. But I have run my vehicle for only 10000 kms till today and this issue is persisting from the day I purchased, even in case of any other vehicle till you attain min 50000kms and above clutch plates are not an issue. I need to you take up this issue with the management, technical team since this is an low quality issue of the product which has been giving me problem and unhappy with the services.                         The Car Model MP 04 CF 5171 is giving problems of overheating form last 3 Years and from last 2 years the one or other problems are being serviced by local service center RMJ motors, but rather the rectifying defects they are creating problem are changing the parts and defects after making 4 Times complaint remain the same and every time they diagnosing different problems but manipulating with things kindly help.                           I have booked tata nano twist on 25th December 2014, till date I have not received vehicle from M/s. Concord Motors, Mysore Road, Bangalore. I have paid Rs.50, 000/- down payment, loan sanctioned from ICICI BANK now the bank have forwarded the 1st EMI payment clearing from my bank a/c. on 15th January 2015. sort out this issue on priority. or otherwise I will cancel the booking. AFTER WAITING FOR 2 DAYS THEY ARE SAYING THAT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO FIND OUT THE PROBLEM. WHERE SHOULD WE GO NOW. I WILL BE WAITING FOR 24 HRS, IF NO REPLY THEN DEFINITELY WILL GO FOR LEGAL ASPECT.                               My nano vehicle is exchanged by a TATA dealer of Surat city, AUTO POINT CAR Division, SURAT on 11/08/2014. Dealer had exchanged my TATA Nano CX (Reg.No. GJ.26.A.146) by a new nano car model: AWSOME as per exchange scheme of company. I paid all required amount to dealer and he delivered the new nano car and taken back my old car to his division. Now my complaint is that even after five months of the process of car exchanged, dealer is not providing me '' No Objection Certificate " of RTO for my old car. He already sold this car to other person but change of ownership is still pending. For this, I had already given a complaint to your toll free number[protected] Complaint No.:1-[protected] ), on 4 th Dec but till date no action has been taken. Kindly look into the matters and do needful at the earliest.

                                  iam Geeta in Hindupur, after seeing your tata motors add in news paper i ask my brother MR.Viswanath to make arrangements to purchase nanao twist car sales person MR.Sridhar made arrangement to deliver the above car at hindupur show room on 02.05.2014.with your trade plat number you have billed the car on mo on 16.05.2014. when i received the TR and sales invoice ihave surprise to see you have delivered and build nov 2013 model not 2014 model at any given time sales people have not informed me they are delivering 2013 model your sales representative has less idea about the model untill we have informed him about the model kindly note the insurence shows that it is 2014model. ihave given back the car to hindupur show room. please give suggestion to this complaints MR.viswanth hindupur ph.[protected] mail .id.                                       ntact Us Careers Show more.. menu akosha logo search #1130576 My Tata Motors Complaint Filed on: 10/10/2014 | Loss amount: Rs. 0.0 I own a tata nano cx regn no. UK 07 AG 1248. The vehicle since the start had given us the following problems :- 1. There was some retro problem due to which there has been case of lot of overheating and fire like smoke coming out of the car. I had to literally run out of the car along with my family. The traffic on the road also stopped n police also asked us to not use the car. The complaint was lodged with tata motors they took the car and repaired it. After someday again while driving a lot of fire like smoke came out of engine. Again complaint was lodged. Tata motor accepted it's fault and provided us a replacement car for two weeks. When I got my car back it was o.k. 2. In 2012 on my transfer to hyderabad from dehradun I again had this problem of overheating but without smoke. All of a sudden the heating sign n engine shine starts glowing on the dash board with a beep sound n the car stops pulling. I spoke to recovery vehicle the car was taken to tejaswini motors. They checked n repaired the car and gave it back but after that same problem has been reoccurring time n again. Tejaswini motors have changed its fuel pump and other parts also but still the problem is not solved. 3. Now my car is again in the tejaswini service centre since 24th September 14 n is yet to be repaired. They are saying that there is some problem with the engine head. Last month only I got the complete servicing of my car done n that time also I told them that car is showing overheating sign some times but they returned the car after servicing without rectifying the main problem. 4. I have spent lot of time money n energy for this overheating n poor pulling of the car. My family has been through fear n uncertainty while we are driving this car. Kindly help us as the engine warranty is also expiring on 13th October 14. r

                                        Immediate replacement of defective fuel pump

                                        I purchased Tata nano, whose Reg.No is BRO1AS 1151. There was no problem in Fuel pump during entire period of warranty. After Warranty was over, there was repeaated problem in fuel pump which was manufactured by Siemens company. During last 6 months, I have to replace Fuel pump four times.
