We have booked Nexon top model in the end of August month.At that time we were told that a new car would be delivered on/before 7 October.We trusted and gave our old car in exchange.

Tata company is represented a common man's company, but we feel it's wrong.
When we inquired for a new car, a manager told that you can buy Safari or any higher model car in place of Nexon, which costs 10, 11 lakh more than Nexon.Who will pay?Why such models are readily available and why we booked a car befere 2months is not delivered yet?
This is a proper answer given to a customer?
If Tata company is not capable to deliver a car in time, it should be clearly mentioned to a customer, why false promises are given?
Our children has lost charm of buying a new car.Vacation is also worthless as now reservation or any private cars are also not available or we have to pay more.
