Tata Nano — faulty battery of my nano CS

I am a senior citizen aged 78 years and an owner of a TATA NANO CS vehicle bearing registration No. KL 29H-5807 PURCHASED FROM CONCORDE RF MOTORD ALAPPUZHA.The vehicle is presently lying at the work shop of RF Motors Alappuzha from April 23rd onwards.Iam without my vehicle unable to move about and my difficulty has been time and again communicated to RF MOTORS ALLAPUZHA but of no result. ON 8th may I was informed that the battery of my car has reached their workshop at Alappuzha and that my car will be delivered to me on the 9th evening itself .Again on the 9th evening when I contacted the workshop I was told that my car will be ready by the 12th. It has been about 20days since my car was taken for replacement of the faulty battery which developed complaint from the 4th month of me purchasing the vehicle ie on July 2014, the month I purchased the NANO CS.I hope that my grievance will be redressed and I get my car at the earliest.
