Tata Nano — tata nano warranty

I own a tata nano car and i have been trying to fix my glove box issue from past 1 year (Under warranty). When i raise a request at your whitefield (Bangalore) service center, they make an excuses stating the stock is not there and we will get it soon and you guys stopped manufacturing the glove box etc..
