Tata Nano — tata nano xta twist poor servicing and change of tyres while servicing | |||
I own a nano xta twist. I was quite happy with my car but the after sales services is very poor. I purchased the car from concorde automobiles, mathura road, delhi in august 2016. I sent the car for servicing but i was not satisfied. Anyway, my problem is different. Recently, one of the tyre got punctured twice within few days time. When i took it for air filling i was told that the tyre was swollen and in no condition to run anymore. Then i called up the service center and spoke with ms. Komal shreshtha, cro regarding this and she assured that she would get back but till date i have not received any call from her. After this, i tried calling mr. Singh, head, servicing but nobody took the call. Now, my last complaint regarding after sales service is that while getting new tyre changed in the tyre showroom we asked the person to check all the other tyres for safety reason, we noticed that one tyre was of ceat make while rest of the tyres were of jk make. It is very surprising because i have always noticed that all four tyres of any car belongs to one single company always till it is changed after long use. I have come to this conclusion that this change of tyres has happened during the servicing of the car. Another issue which is of concern to me is how the tyres have become swollen and uneven and of not running condition in just 14 months (3600 kms. Of running). Awaiting to hear soon from your side.
