I had booked the Silver comprehensive Silver Full body Checkup with Tata 1mg on 28/10/2022. The phlebotomist came to collect blood but my urine sample could not be given as I had just passed urine before he came. He gave me a urine container and assured me that someone from Tata 1 mg would come next day to collect my urine sample.
Nobody came next day to collect my urine sample. I made multiple calls to their customer care number but they could not help me as they are only interested in sales and not in service. Their job is to collect money from the customers and once that is done, no accountability, no service.
I wrote on the Google review and they sent me a Mail promising to solve the issue, but even after 48 hrs, no communication from them. I, wonder, what would have happened if my urine report was urgent.
