I had enquired about tata solar from your site, accordingly your representative and the local service provider approached me. After through discussion, I placed the Order on 23.09.21 for 11 KVA rooftop tata solar penal, including installation and commencement. I payed the full amount by NRFT on 27.09.21 and it was assured that the panels are expected by 2nd week of October, as it was to be clubbed with some other party. After lot of follow-up, the materials were finally delivered by 2nd week of November, the delay was reportedly some mistake at local level.
Your local Vender "GROSSKY" did not install the Panels even after one month of delivery of materials. Even now the installation is incomplete and not commenced.
TATA is a brand stands for Quality Product and Service. However by engaging such vender, your reputation AT STAKE.
In case, it would have been commenced as promised, I would have shaved two months power supply. Why should I bear the loss of two months, despite giving the amount in advance. Please do something and compensate.
Tata Power Solar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Till now the problem is not solved. I am unable to make use of the Solar power generation since the commission i. e since 27.05.2022 due to the Volatage coming in the Fuse holder when the fuse carrier is pulled out. Until and unless this voltage issue is rectified KSEB will not give clearance to operate the Solar Plant.
Request your help in referring the matter at appropriate level for immediate action
