my complaint about tata power solar water heater dated 25/05/2015 regarding nonfunctioning/malfunctioning since installation. My reg. complain CCR No.53297 A/C Dr. Kiranbhai Randeri . I had telephonic talk with Mr. Nisith Dave at Ahmedabad via conference call by Mr. Mayur Patel of shree Laxmi Distributor Navsari, Gujarat on 05/05/2015 9;30 A.M. Kindly go through this problem and rectify now and give solution of my problem urgently. Hoping for your quick response.

    I Mr.Eddy Braganza Residing at H.no-127/A, Verna -Cumborda, Salcete-Goa.403722.Has been reported my complain and its already registered in their system and every week 2 to 3 times we call to customer care and also margao tata bp dealers but same answer they tell us within 24 hours our technician will come to our home but still nobody came. Not single action is taken our goa tata solar delears also not taking any action.Now almost 2 month past still action is taken n our product is in under warranty.         Tata Power change name on electricity bill without giving any kind of information

        This is to inform you that we consumer residing in Dahisar had switched to TATA power instead of Reliance energy in anticipating that our bill amount will go down to some extent but sudden Tata Power changed my name on electricity bill from RAMKAVAL ALGU CHAUARSIA to R.R.ALGU BARAI without giving me any information. Then I went to TATA Power office located at NL Complex behind Anand Nagar Dahisar (East) for the enquiry of change of name...

[protected]@gmail.com. He is saying me to give gate pass, after he is not receiving my call, i am trying to call but switch off saying no-[protected] anathor person name samar shing [protected] please help me.

        मेरा नाम जितेंदर सिंह हैं और मैं म. न. २९१४, ब्लॉक इ जे जे कॉलोनी बवाना में रहता हूँ! मैं आपको बताना चाहता हु की बवाना में जो बिजली कंपनी है वह हमें २००८ से परेशान कर रही है! हमारे घर में पहला मीटर २००८ में जनुअरी या फेब्रुअरी में तेजवीर सिंह के नाम से लगा था जो की शुरू से ही ख़राब था जिसके ऊपर तभी से कंप्लेंट प्रोसेस चल रहा था जिससे जुड़े सभी जरुरी दस्तावेज हमारे पास है. जब से वहां मीटर लगा था उससे पहले से ही वहां किसी के न रहने की वजह से बिजली का बिल 0 Rs. आता था फिर उन्होंने जबरदस्ती २००८ में हमसे १० रूपए का बिल जमा करवाया फिर TPDDL वालो ने उस मीटर को Damage घोसित कर दिया। और फिर अप्रैल 2009 में हमारे यहाँ आग लग जाने की वजह से पुरे बवाना जे जे कॉलोनी के सभी घरो के मीटर जल चुके थे. उससे जुडी FIR हमारे पास है और आग लग जाने के बाद जब हमने कहा की जला हुआ मीटर उतार कर फिर उसको दोबारा से लगा दीजिये तो उन्होंने कहा की अब क्या पुराना मीटर लगवाएंगे अब तो आप नया कनेक्शन ही ले लीजिये और फिर हमारे घर पर नया कनेक्शन लगा. पुराने मीटर की डैमेज की रिसीविंग जो की TPDDL का ही एक कर्मचारी दे कर गया था जब वह पुराना मीटर चेक करने आया था. और अब १७ जनुअरी को उनकी तरफ से नोटिस आया ह की आपका 2670 रूपए बकाया ह उसे जमा करवाये। जब हम उसके बारे में कन्फर्म करने उनके दफ्तर गए तो उन्होंने किसी न की बहाने से उस पैसे की मांग की ह और अब तो वो बड़ा कर ३६७० कर दिया है! हमारा बिजली का Customer account न.             As per above subject mentioned I Mr. Mohan senior citizen of the resident of ranjeet nagar (patel nagar) . This is to bring to your kind notice that in front of my balcony there is electricity pole due to every rainy time it spark as the water goes in the wires becuase there is not cover on it. You are requested to therefore send your technical person to check the wires and pole also reduce some high voltage so that no mishappening would be there. Kindly look this matter seriously and reslove at the earliest. I hope you will take action at the earliest.               I am Vaibhav Meswani from Kandivali, Mumbai. We have one flat where my Uncle ( my daddys father and his wife stays ) only 2 of them . Its one room kitchen flat and from april 15th they are in US at their daughters place for six months . They are going to come in october 2014 and i go to that flat one or 2 times in a month to collect bills and posts etc. My complain is when my uncle anty stay here that time also we never got bill more then Rs.1200 and now when they are not here we getting 2000 to 2500 bill per month. We complained to Tata office in Mahavir Nagar last month and we told there is no one staying only then how this bills are coming . We also said you can cut the line and we dont mind as we will re apply when my uncle and anty will come. The did not even disconnected our line and now again showing Rs 2000 bill . We are strictly not going to pay this. We also showed USA tickets and return date tickets to the people sitting in Tata office as proof of my uncle anty. Please help thank you Vaibhav Meswani

                once a call came from jobs at time about service. they said to me my first round interview will be telephonic and after selection I have to do verify my documents then they will send a application form and after filling it will be send again. So I have to pay Rs 3500 for consultancy fee and they give me activation code and said me to no other transaction will happen .After telephonic interview ( from TATA POWER ) they sent me a confirmation mail and again charged for documents verification Rs 5000 and give me a verification code. This two code given by the consultancy checked by HR of TATA power and sent me a application form and after filling it I resent to HR. Then HR call me and said me to come to Kolkata office and after face to face meeting your appointment letter given to you and before it HR will provide me offer letter and for that I have to pay Rs 12000 as security deposit. this time I not agree so they cancelled my documents. When I return my money they advised to pay me Rs 2500 because consultancy can return minimum Rs 10000 at a time. So I not agree to pay again Rs2500 and they are not return my money

                  My consumer number[protected], MOHD SAMEER SAYYED, Address-White House building no-4, Room no-401, Budha colony, CST road, SG Barve Marg, Kurla West, Kurla, Mumbai-400070, I have complaint regarding bills in soft copy, I did take to many times to customer care, on 13 January 2016 compliant no[protected], and 29 January 2016 compliant no-[protected], to Puskar and Sujit Nair but not getting any response from concerned authorities, i have not received last 3 months bill copy till date. There is not my responsibility for late fee.
                  Please see in the matter and solve it as early as possible so that I get my bills in soft copy.

                    This is to bring to your notice, that there is a theft of electricity in House number: 140, Pocket-G-21, Sector-7,
                    Rohini, Delhi-110085. Mr. Tarachand Goyal is illegally using the electricity in the house from the pole with the help of a loose, illegal and unsafe (Black) electric wire from the past 1 year. I have already given written and oral (by phone) complaints but no action has been taken.

                    Being their neighbors, our lives are endangered. So please take appropriate actions against them.

                      Tata Power solsr dynamo inverter is not working.in the panel of inverter 3 led is there.In this input led is glowing as green other two is in red .( charging and out put). In this condition we push to on button getting a sound as relay engaging and out put led will getting green .when we releasing our finger it will going to red .pls can you give me solution fot this.

                        Consumer no. 2220476, bill for april, 2014 for rs.11018/- in the name of shama iii chs ltd., t.R.S. Marg, kurla [west], mumbai 400070. We are subscriber of tata power company frorm last 3 years, previous month bill is also very high amount of rs. 5000, compare to previous bills for last one year, the bils average amount of rs. 1500 to 1750 each and every month, we are also having two other meters of our society, both meter bills are correctly and the consuming bills have been sending by the company on every month before 10th day since the date of installation of 3 meters, but today we shocked and surprised that the company has sent the message on mobile no. [protected] i see the amount shows rs. 11, 018/-. We have already contacted on march, 2014 when we received the last month [march bill rs. 5000} .

                        We request you tokindly take the legal action or to direct the company to check the meter or to change the meter, if necessary and huge amount bills send by the company may be stopped and necessary message may be sent in this regard, the amount which is sent by the company is very very huge and high amount, the said meter electricity power is used for staircase lights only and our building is having floors - ground plus 4th floor, hence what is our use the electricity on daily and monthly basis.

                        Before 3 years back, the reliance company was send the bills below rs.1000 per month. Now we arefacing the lot of difficulties of this old and faihful company like "tata power company".

                          Dear Sir, The reason I have changed from Reliance Power to Tata Power is that Reliance Power is looting the customer. Everything was fine now these additional charges is making the life more miserable. If Reliance Power is getting Loss why the hell they are taking money from us. If My company get losses will Reliance Power will pay me the losses amount ???????????. I want to know when all these crap will get over. I want to know to whom shall I complaint? From last 8 months I am paying Wheeling Charges still going on. I want to know in my area I have first changed my connection from Reliance Power to Tata Power after seeing my bill all my society people have changed the connection. Can't you afford to put the Wheeling Cable of your own why you have to borrow with Reliance Cable. They take for granted and find ways to loot the people.                             we purchased a solar home lighting system in march 2013 the photo voltaic module was of the tata company...the photovoltaic part comprised of two panels 80watt and 125watt panel...a few weeks back the system became defunct and the dealer when contacted didn't respond for a few weeks...then after i said to the dealer that i will lodge a complaint against him he sent one of his personnel to check the system... during inspection he found that the electric circuit inside the 80w panel had burned out...initially the dealer had said that the module has a ten year replacement warranty...so he took the module with him saying that a new one will be delivered within a day or two...now after two weeks the dealer didn't send the module after being contacted repeatedly saying that he will deliver it soon...a couple of days back he said that he has it at his home and everyday he said that the module will be delivered until the evening...lastly we had to get the panel, at our own expenses, delivered to our home... but we found that the panel was not new but the very old one and that too tampered...now you are requested to convey to the dealer to immediately replace the panel with a new one of the same company and same capacity...and convey to him that else we will sue in the consumer court of ... the dealer is STAR VALLEY KARAN NAGAR SRINAGAR with a franchisee in district anantnag being run by mr. farooq ahmad...thank you...

                                I got my TPDDL bill via bill number [protected] for my account/CA [protected]. The bill shows an arrear of Rs 5340 but I had already paid Rs 5340 on August 27, 2013 via cheque number[protected] of Syndicate Bank. I have even sent the screenshot of account statement to the TPDDL customer care. Even after multiple email and phone calls, I am not getting response/resolution for my complaint...

                                  I have made the payment of may 2013 month bill on 13.05.2013,but the company says i have paid the bill on june,so they levied delayed payment charges on my next bill,So i launched a complain at the Customer Relationship Center,Bhayandar Complain no:[protected] , but it has been 4months long nothing has been done yet,and when i call customer care they says that it is still under process and according to company policy a complain should be resolved in a month but it has been more than 4months but yet unresolved.Now i need to charge company for the mental agony faced by me.Last year to similar problem was faced by me and it was resolved after 3 months.Now i need to file a case and charge the company for consumer harassment and mental agony caused to me by the company.I have all the had copy of the documents with me

                                    About 2-3 months back subject work was undertaken in A2 Block sector-3,Rohini i.e. from Jain Sweet crossing to Remal School side.It was told that the repair would be completed within few days.This ,being the rainy season,lot of trouble is being faced by the passer-by and the residents.This casual and irresponsible approach is not appreciable from this well known electric company.Hope,needful would be attended to in the next couple of days.
