I had placed an enquiry. I did not receive a call from the company and then again I placed another enquiry, the customer support person asks me to take a note of a number and call them myself, that isn't the purpose of filling a form and giving all the information, just to hear such an response from the company's end. As a working professional, the process is very time consuming and am not really happy with the customer support.
This makes me wonder if I'd be getting a proper support after the purchase when really in immediate needs. Was this information helpful? |
