Tata Sky Broadband — tata sky broadband - no connectivity

Recently i took tata sky broadband service. It stopped working after two days. I raised ticket in the mobile app as well as called several times. But nothing happened. After that i escalated to next level, then i just got an sms saying they are looking into my issue. Yet nothing happened. Still service is not resumed. One of the worst service i have ever seen. They dont have any answer to my questions. And they say they dont have refund policy. Is this the new way of looting people?
