Refund denied for advance payment of 3 months
I had installed Tatasky broadband in June'20 and made an advance payment of Rs. 2800 for 3 months. Unhappy with the Internet performance & coverage in the flat, I decided to disconnect the services after a month.
Communicated toTatasky customer care via phone call & email about the disconnection and it was duly completed. However, they informed me on the email that the remaining amount for unsed 2 months of services would not be refunded.
How can they retain the money that is paid in advance for un-utilised services? Kindly intervene and get my hard earned money back.

Recently i took tata sky broadband service. It stopped working after two days. I raised ticket in the mobile app as well as called several times. But nothing happened. After that i escalated to next level, then i just got an sms saying they are looking into my issue. Yet nothing happened. Still service is not resumed. One of the worst service i have ever seen. They dont have any answer to my questions. And they say they dont have refund policy....

Promised Waiver rental on unavailability service not provided
My Consumer number is C[protected].
I have recharged my plan on 28th April 2020 with 180 days plan with additional validitty of 60 days as an offer. The date plan validity started. Due to issue in connection the internet did not work for 40 days and customer care told they will restart the validity once it starts working. The connection has been restored after 40 days after repeated complaint.
But the validity and waiver not received as promised over call. Tatasky charged for 40 days even though service was not provided.

I am not getting promised speed for last 75 days
Not even once i got that speed, which is promised to me while taking connection.
After complaining about it cc close the complain without doing anything or without giving any justification for closer of complaint

company not providing the services

I paid for this service on 14 feb and on 15 feb after using it for just 12 hours i called the executive that this internet is not very bad it is getting disconnected and there are too many issues with it. The company has been stalling me since 15th of feb that we trying to resolve it and they don't do anything and after 15 days they confirmed me that they will give me a refund. And they haven't given me any update. I have called the customer service more than 40 times now.

I have applied for a new tatasky broadband connection on sept 20, 2019. The representative promised that i would get the connection in 15 days.
I called up their toll free no. And contacted their appellate to enquire about my connection.
Sadly, no one has been able to provide any satisfactory answer nor were they able to direct me to the person/ dept. Concerned where i could take this matter up.
For a company of such repute, their customer service is woeful!

useless internet service

Hi,
I just started tata sky as on[protected]. I was waiting for two days to activate the service. After activated my account speed is not as they promised. Again i faced issue after two days. I initiated complaint in their website.
But almost three days completed, but still they telling wait for next 4 hours, technician will contact. But no use,

worst internet service - totally fake commitment made at the time of installation

Hi Sir / Madam,
I am project manager working for an IT company and working in US Time (8 PM - 4 AM), so internet service is lifeline for my business.
I have taken Tata Sky Broadband connection on 18th June'19 and it worked well for 2 days.
From 21st June'19 till now, I have made at least 4-5 calls at customer care and kept on waiting for 13-14 Minutes on IVR to listen human voice and finally they have logged an incident I[protected] and promised that this issue will be fixed by Sunday.
It's been more than 4 days now and internet service in my society still not working. I got customer escalation due to poor networking in society.
Now, I want to get my money 3625 Rs. back and a fine should be imposed on Tata Sky broadband for fake commitment and making other people hell.

internet down almost everyday. customer support is rude and non-cooperative
My internet connection is almost everyday down for few hours. Today it is off since 2pm in the afternoon and now i am logging this complaint at 9pm. I have 3 month package for which i pay rs. 4, 500/-. I received sms of service being down after 2 hours it actually went down. I have more than 5 days of sms saying there is an issue with the internet in past 30 days. When i called customer support and asked to lodge a complaint and disconnect the connection so we can move to a better internet connection, the customer support person denied saying he cannot do so. When i asked to transfer the call to a supervisor, he initially denied saying there is no one on the floor. Upon insisting he finally routed the call to someone named ranjeet baliga. While speaking to this person, he too denied to lodge a complain and arrogantly says - “email karo, revert ayega”.
This is the kind of illiterate, uneducated people tata sky have on job talking to customer. When we asked for compensation, he said i am eligible for only rs. 250/- for the latest 5 days internet was down out of rs. 4, 500/- i pay for total 3 months. That too i had to ask him one by one for reason for internet down for these latest 5 days, forget about rest of the past 30 days. He could not give a breakup of amount month-wise!! He denied to give confirmation on the conversation and request to lodge a complaint over an email by saying - “email karo, revert ayega! “. He also said - “prepaid hai, refundnahi milega.”
I lost entire day productivity because of internet down, i have a 50mbps internet connection at home for a reason, not just to surf internet, my job requires a high speed internet and i pay a good amount for it. Since these issues, even if the internet is present, it rarely has goes above 20mbps.
We wish to disconnect this internet connection and refund if money for the rest of month out of 3 months paid in whole.
