Tata Sky — Charged every month for a Box that does not exist

I am a TATA Play (Sky) consumer for 15+ years. I ahev omly one TV and one set up box.

I noticed that I am being charged Rs457 per month for a secondary set up box which was discontinued 7 Years ago. That box does not even physicall exist and I am being charged for it.

They are not giving refund back. Please help

They are logging complaint tickets... and marking completed without talking. FRAud !! very very unprofressional.
