Tata Sky — Complaint against Tatasky personnel

we had a switch problem in our connection located inside my flat. Tatasky technicians whom we generally call, came and made temproray repair. They asked us to pay Rs. 1250 for buying new switch, believing them we payed (It is our mistake). Even after one month they have nort come back and not answerring phone.
