Tata Sky — Fraud on 2nd term recharge after receiving money by installer

I B.Venkata Ramana . Customer of the Tata Play I D [protected]. your installer Srinivas Pampana, Ph No. [protected], has received full year recharge amount Rs. 2650/- through phone pay on 5th July 2026 from me.
But he recharged only for 6 months 1st December 2025, at the time I am several times he recharged again one month upto February 2nd 2026. I called several times from 26th onwards he is not responding. If you need any additional phone pay details I am ready to submit for your concern

I am requesting you to rectify this issue and recharge up to July as per my annual payment
