I couldnot view tatasky from 6th may till 15th june, even though i recharged rs. 800/- on 6th may and despite a previous credit balance of rs. 918 as on 1st may and lodged for service complaint on 7th may and assured visit request for resolution within the tat of 48hrs, which tatasky resolved on 15th may. However the entire amount got deducted for the period which i could not view. Request for refund of the same is not being addressed yet.

Updated by Subhendu Sai Sorry, for typo error in my earlier complaint. Tatasky rectified my service complaint on 15th June and not 15th May, as such I couldnot view tatasky from 5th May till 15th June however, my recharge amount got deducted.
