Tata Sky — Poor signal in set top box

My tata sky was streaming with interruption for the last two days due to some signal problem. When I contacted through chat option on app. It went off fully .
I want the status quo to be maintained first. secondly it was a software issue and has to be resolved at your part and the chat option available wants Rs 250. Whereas I am a faithfull customer of Tata Sky for more than last ten years.
Hence the matter to be resolved free of cost . Pls restore the service free of cost as soon as possible
