Tata Sky Satellite Television Company — Regarding false commitment while getting new connection

I booked a tata sky connection on 02/04/2017 online (Subscriber id: [protected]). Put an request for an tata sky hd box which cost rs 1800/ for new connection. As per company website, if someone buy new connection they get one month free access for an ultra pack free. (Check the photos)
After installation of tata sky hd box on 03/04/2017, i got to know that they did not activated ultra pack and provided me with low category of pack which is sports dhamaka pack.
On 04/04/2017 i tried to call tata sky customer service [protected] several times (5 times) (Check to photo) for first 3 times they disconnected my call while keeping call on hold. On the 4th time when call got connected, they transfer my call to senior executive ms. Sameera bano. I explained her all the details and mentioned her that they activated the lower category pack to my account. After explaining her she mentioned, "i am really sorry but we can not modify the package now". It was not my fault that they allotted lower pack to me, and when i requested to provide me what they committed on there website and i paid for. She simply said sorry i am not able to help you out with this.
I request her to please transfer me to the floor manager or team leader, she refused to transfer. I asked her the reason why you are not able to transfer my call to your manager, as you are not helping me. She simply said i am not able to tell you the reason for this. I request her then transfer my call to any other senior executive who can help me out. Again the same answer from her, sorry i am not able to transfer your call to any other senior executive.
I disconnected the call. Again i tried to contact to customer service care [protected] and mention all this to the representative. They transfer my call to the senior executive. He took my complaint request and mention that you will receive a call from us soon.
I believe tata sky is a big company and they should not provide such kind of worst service to there new customer. They should not commit what they can not fulfil.
