Tata Sky — Scammed about upgrade of tata sky on 5000 recharge

Hi I have a TATA SKY subscription with subscriber ID [protected]. I have recently done a TATA SKY recharge. During recharge it clearly showed that if I make a recharge for 5000, i will get a TATA SKY BOX upgrade. When we called TATA SKY customer care, they said that the request is being cancelled on our request which was never the case. The system also shows the same that the request is cancelled.

We did not receive the call or requested to cancel the request. Several mails are being sent and customer care is being reached. They demand us to pay 1700 additional fee for the Box which is what we want to content.

Also recently some of the Free to Air channels stopped showing and local agency is asking further money to come and visit for fixiing the issue. The free 2 air channels are supposed to be viewable as per the court guideline but TATA Sky somehow stopped showing them.

Need TATA Sky care to fix this please
