Tata Sky — Tata Play - Do not take this service

I raised a request for relocation & the incident is open for more than 10 days. The customer service is hopeless and they do not have anyone accountable for any kind of escalation. Don't expect any easy resolution. The issue will keep dragging for days. They are the lamest bunch who sound like trained BOTs. They cannot give you any solution. They will keep repeating the same responses. If you are on prepaid, you are losing money everyday, but the service is not restored. You can reach out to the customer care everyday, but the tickets keep getting closed stating you are not reachable. It is frustrating
