Dear Sir/Madam,

We are Government contractors and we are building Income Tax Department residential building at Bhubhneshwar.

As part of the tender condition, we can only use primary steel for the construction work and Tata has always been our top choice for their transparency and fairness in trading & providing the steel at site without any error or, issue.

Our bulk order is routed through Sagar Business Pvt Ltd, who are one of the reputed dealers of Tata steel in Bhubhneshwar area and all our orders come from their trusted transporters.

As best industrial practice, receiver need to get the cart weighted at a trusted weighbridge before & after delivery to arrive at a net receiving. The nearest weighbridge from our site is apx 12 km, so we trusted on the dealer’s transporter to provide us the qty at site but turns out that we are now short of almost 55MT of steel at site.

When inquired we found that the drivers were taking out 2-3 bundles from cart after the first weight and they were producing the original company dispatch sheet for the receiving. Due to the work load at site, this foul practice was gone unnoticed. We counted the bundle unloaded by a cart when we found out & confirmed that the bundles were missing from the fresh unloading done at site, but the truck driver had gone same night and took receiving from our office for 100% delivery.

We contra tally the material at site vs material we have used and have government department approval on consumed steel & currently we are in short of 55MT of steel, which was illegally unloaded by truck drivers during the supply at site and this was done in frame of one month and was done in minimum 5 orders.

Our only mistake is that we trusted the company & their dealer’s network to supply us the material in correct quality. Is it so bad to trust a company like Tata steel to deliver us the material as per our PO? Feels really cheated as right now the short is almost amounting to plus 40 lacs.

Appreciate If you could please guide us to resolve this issue. Please let me know if you require any other papers from our side on this matter.

I had booked the door on 7th September and handed 50% of the total amount to the executive. He had given me the standard 45 to 60 days deadline for delivery. It has been over 60 days and I haven't yet received the door. Also, on inquiry I got to know that the executive had made the booking on 11 th September even though he had taken the token amount on 7th (that too 50% rather than 30% which is the actual advance charged). I tried calling the toll free number and each of the representative either hung up or went on giving vauge answers about delivery. Plus, they kept insisting that I clear the remaining balance before they even deliver. I am so dissatisfied and straight up disappointed by this. I had booked the door thinking that Tata is a good brand but to be honest I don't think the same anymore. I am so sad and angry. I have registered multiple complaints on whatsapp too but nothing ever came of it.

Door lock capping of external door is not installed since August.

The accumulation of scrap materials on roads. One such location is behind indian oil petrol pump, Shastri nagar.My request is the scrap should be removed. The scrap is a great danger to free movement of traffic.

KIndly guide me how to the underlying amount.

I purchased 6 nos of TATA PRAVESH doors early this year which were installed on 7th July 2021 by the dealer - Prabhu Steels Palakkad, kerala. During installation the technician found a known issue (hinges issue) in one of the doors and a complaint was raised by the dealer for the replacement of hinges. The complaint ID shared by prabhu steel is #36147.
I have been regularly following up on this issue with respective people at Prabhu steel (Mr.Vishnu @ [protected]) and Tata Pravesh (Mr.Tony @ [protected]). While I was promised that the issue would be resolved within 15-20 days initially, the dates kept changing and the final committed date was on 20th August. I was told that the spare hinges were shipped from the factory on the 16th and assured to fix the issue by the 20th..

However I understand from Vishnu that they have not received the parts till today, hence he is not in a position to commit a date any more. On the other hand, my calls to Mr. Tony went un-answered for a few days.

While I have heard a lot of horror stories regarding services of TATA vehicles (and hence I stayed away from it so far), My experience with TATA PRAVESH is not any better.

Initially during installation, the technician installed one of the doors incorrectly, though I have provided the floor plan and details while order booking itself. Later the Tata salesperson and the technician convinced me to make additional payment for the re-installation (ref:Complaint ID: 34733). Now the hinges issue has been lingering for about 2 months.

I feel really embarrassed to write this mail to TATA as i feel i am writing against the greatest visionary India has seen in this century...
I think you must feel ashamed in creating such bad remarks to TATA group against the good deeds this legend is up to in his daily life.

I have no further say. If you guys feel yourselves wrong pick this up and fix it, else I can afford to discard your product on the whole and walk away from your services.

Which one KS STEEL promised to me
I tried to fix this issue from hdfc Bank
But after the diagnosis of hdfc team
They emailed me, contact your merchant
I emailed KS Steel twice .but I didn't get the cash back till now
Kindly find the attached file of my steel purchsed invoice and your offer.

kindly fix my cash back issue ASAP.

Order was placed regarding tata shaktee iron sheets on 20.10.2020 in https://aashiyana.tatasteel.com website. Total quantity purchased 18 sheets amounting ₹ 16, 650/- only.

Order confirmed via email id's ([protected]@mjunction.in, devesh.[protected]@aashrayent.com) as well as customer care executive on 20.10.2020 and 21.10.2020. Confirmed with customer executive nearly 5 times regarding it's delivery confirmation and to update the wrong address in invoice. First 2 calls regarding confirmation of order and next calls regarding updating wrong address in invoice to correct it but customer executive said, " On the day of delivery their executives will call for location confirmation and there is no need to update any address."

Order cancelled on 26.10.2020 without prior notice and no explanations given in the order cancellation mail regarding cancellation of order from the company itself.

So there was no delivery of ordered iron sheets. But simply blocked the money for 10 days and returned back the amount without delivery of order.

The threshold of the Tata Steel reflection series door appears to be wearing away just within 15 days o[censored]sage the tower bild also does not seem to be aligned and it is a challenge to use the tower bolt. I have to use all my skills to align it and then after several attempts it gets locked.

I have placed a order of hollow pipes on 12th of may 2021 and its 16th today no sign of delivery .
The Reason dealer is giving is change in price of material. They are asking me to cancel it online .
That is not what i am expecting by TATA.
So sad to suffer with this .

I have purchased 4 tata pravesh steel door a year ago but unfortunately I haven't received the warranty cards inspite of repeated reminders to Mr. Manjunath from bangalore. I have sent 17 whatsapp messages since past o e year but still no response. Please do the needful.

I had ordered some roofing sheets from your website at TATA steel Ashiyana, The order No. is 67360. I was is urgent need of sheets however expecting a good quality product and prompt delivery ordered the goods from you. I was promised the delivery of sheets by 5th June, however the sheets have yet not been delivered nor is there any response from your team regarding expected delivery. I feel disappointed from TATA group service and also feel cheated. I am already suffering lot of loss as the monsoon has arrived and the items that I planned to cover with the sheets are exposed to rain daily. Kindly arrange for urgent delivery of sheets I ordered.
