Hi sir/madam
Last year july 2018 i bought almost 100 sheet of tata for roof only in a single year there are 4 sheet are fade if whole sheet are fade then i can understand is a due to climate but there are only 4 sheet are affected its a clear a clear cut concept of duplicate material. Even i go for jindal but with conversation your area sales manger sanjeev i change my mood for tata if you not provide better services then why you mold people to your side at that time he said if you face any problem and the problem would our side will change it but now he hands up. So its my request give me solution or sould i go for consumer court.

I have been fighting tsr darashaw over unpaid dividends for the last nine months. I was in bangalore getting the papers all notarized and stamped. Despite all that they still will not release the dividends. I have asked them to send me instructions for liquidating the fund and they are not at all bothered a bit. Basically ignoring my pleas and instead they are telling me to resubmit all the documents again.

Please help...

On 15-04-19, i've ordered for tata tiscon sd at jonna iron mart, kalyandurg road branch, anantapur, andhrapradesh, and paid amount also. After billing, they said that there is no stock of 20mm and it comes within 2 or 3 days. Since then they have not delivered the material. Now they are saying to take ms life or vizag steel instead of tata as the stock is not available.

Those people especially mr. Gangadhar, marketing manager, are not responding and irritating to answer my calls.

Because of this, the work was stopped since 10days and hence there is a loss of time and loss of money. All these creating me lot of tension and stress, i'm an employee and a common man.

Ihave applied for aet2019 and while going through the test my internet connection got interrupted as a result of which i was unable to complete the test. After regaining internet connection i tried to complete the test but my test expired. I have tried contacting support team as well as amcat team but adequate support has not been received.

In February 2019, AET-2019 vaccines were released by tata steel & conduct a written test on 9 Feb -2019. After completing the test i received a mail within 2-3 weeks response will be given by tata steel but till today i haven't received any update or when i tried to call on [protected], [protected] not single made me reply...

I am Arjunkumar, I got a mail from aspiringminds.in regarding online test for Assistant Engineer Trainee position in Tata steel.it was mentioned that the login credentials will be sent to the registered mail id by March 8, 2019. But I have not received any mail related to the login details.

Your share transfer agent tsr darashaw - tata steel shares transfer agent is not good at all bad bad very bad!!!
I am dealing with my shares last three years and send my document 10 times but their employee rejected at once and some times no reply for months.?
I have a share in other company like reliance and lot of biger than tata steel but problem with tsr who is registar of tata steel, voltas and ceat tire is pain in my neck.
Please do some thing so your reputation stands good.
I have a poroof online corresspondence and i made a special trip from usa to mumbai but again after verifying my document, they send me back here in the usa???
I am 67 and my mother 89 year, if tehy did not transfer my share then it will go into garbage can.
I have given up and write my story. Please wake up.

If your registrar has lost signature or tata steel has lost then you are responsible for your act.
I am 89 year old, why you giving me hard time, i am at usa and last two year i have submitted all required form with available signature. Thereafter i came to india last month and submitted my self all document necessary to transfer share and your manager has checked all forms and told me everything is ok and today i received back everything for no reason.
It is you fault that you lost my signature.
How can i obtain non judicial stamp paper and rs 100 frankled paperin usa??
I have submitted three times with notary official and bank sign o[censored]sa official bu t your official registar is not accepting any thing.
I am disable 89 year old, i am requesting you that accept mt share transfer request of mine and my son name to my son name asap.

You registar is not helpfull at all i have stand in a line of 100 people and spend my entire day and then they send me back and forth.
Please look in to the matter and act asap.

I have been working with hp as engineer from 21 july 2017 to 31st july 2018. I had given them 30days notice period before left the job and also submitted all safety items. Its about nearly 3months gone but still now i do not get my final settlement amount. After giving repeated mail still they do not pay the amount. I informed to mr. Stays narayan pradhan ([protected], [protected]) and mr. Tuhin kanti choudhury (Hp) but i do not get any result. As per my offer letter technosoft (Hp vendor) give the bonus salary of amount rs. 10020/- but company paid only rs. 7000/-. And rest amount did not paid till now. It seems like i am begging my amount from them.

I also complained to tata steel contractor cell (Rupak mohanty manager contractor cell, mobile : +91 [protected] email : rupak. [protected]@tatasteel.com) but they told me "as per the bonus act, the maximum bonus payable in a financial year is rs 7000/-, for rest of the payment you may contact your employer". I gone through bonus act but there is not mentioned the bonus salary is not including with ctc. I also informed to contractor cell but they have also no response.

So i have no idea how to cross question, please help.

Now i want to transfer these 13 shares to my mother, but after so long my and my mother's signature have changed. So please send my form for change of signature. I have also closed my account in bank, so dividend sent by company i cannot deposit in my account, please give fresh dividend in my mother's name & account 1731 bank of india.

My problem is that I have closed my savings account with Bank of India. Now I can't submit cancelled cheque. I want to transfer these shares in my mother's name, so that they are converted to demat form. Please help me, so that I can send you the affidavit by 10th Jan'19.

I made an application at the same time for 200 partly paid shares and 200 fully paid shares to axis bank mumbai fort branch. Partly paid shares are allotted but for the fully paid shares the cheque has not even been presented to icici bank for encashment. Kindly explain the mishap as axis bank whom i approached have no satisfactory answer and do not give any reply in writing.

I am vikash kumar and working with tara steel in jamshedpur.
I came from bihar for treatment of my brother, but i had very bad experience here. The security gaurd are behaves like bauncers staff member are not supporting they are very rude also to general staff, if i have some issue regarding to any subject the staff was only using local language
And not giving proper information.. No one is talking properly they are not explaining anything correctly. Not only i everyone is facing same issue if you will come here you can see the people reactions. Cmc hospital are very big hospital and collage but this type of reaction are not good for everyone. We came here from bihar and this journey are to long. First i booked online appointment (Private) before three month then when i came to hospital i guess only here local prefeance are allowed and do not matter regarding private and general booking appointment. Staffs are untolerable they will harass you physically and mentally. If i have private appointment then i pay lots of money for any check-up, it is too big from general appointment.
I have only one request to cmc management, please take care of this thing and take action.

So what can i do.? I lost my right issue share (Fully paid)

I had applied through the ASBA mode for the Tata Issue Rights Shares (Feb'2018). The amount has not been deducted from my bank account. Also the shares have not been allotted to me. I am not sure who is at fault this is. But I have been deprived of my right. So now for the allotment to happen what needs to be done? Can someone guide me on this?
