Tata Steel — Consignment not delivered. Order ID 46393

Hello sir,
I'm Dr SUSHEELKUMAR, serving as Govt Medical Officer at Gobbur(B), (Rural area) Taluka Afzalpur, Dist:Kalabuaragi, State: Karnataka
How are you sir?, I'm always a big fan of yours. I trust TATA as you are the head of TATA groups.
I am planning to construct my dream house at a place where I spent my childhood, that's Afzalpur. And it will become my dremhouse only when its built with TATA tiscon, TATA pravesh and lot more of TATA products.
Recently I placed my first ever online purchase order under TATA tiscon for TATA tiscon SD 500(TMT rebars). (A screen shot attached for your kind ready reference)
Order ID is 46393.
A confirmation call came from TATA tiscon on[protected]. And order was accepted and confirmed. And I have been assured of the delivery of consignment before[protected]. But since then dealer and the distributer are continuously misguiding me and bluffing me about the delivery of my consignment. But still I didn't receive any of my ordered Consignment.
I'm totally disappointed by their act of exploiting customers at the cost of innocence.
I have not yet got my ordered Consignment and still waiting for arrival my Consignment. Because of delay I have incurred a significant financial loss.
I want to build my house with TATA products only. Please help if you can. I have called at all the customer care forums. But there is no result yet.
Kindly deliver my Consignment as early as possible.
