Tata Steel — damage and cheating for not delivering on commitment

Dear Sir/Ma’m,

This is concerned to Tata Steel sub brand Tata Pravesh. It is not to defame the brand, but I was forced to do as there is no response at all from customer care, Tata Pravesh representatives or the dealer Prabhu Steels.

I had placed order for 11 windows and 8 Doors in Month of March 2018. My payments have been made as per your company demanded.

I was committed that i would be getting my Door and Windows my 1st Week of August. Which was further post-pond by executive saying the windows have not arrived yet. I was committed to get delivery by 2nd or 3rd week of August.

Unfortunately due to floods in Kerala, After many follow-ups from my end I came to know that the doors had gone through the flood, and so company decided to replace or refurbish the same. I agreed on the point, wherein i got the commitment that doors and windows would be delivered by Last week of September. Again they failed on that.

Now finally on Oct 5th, I received the windows (But still doors are not delivered committed for 20th Oct). Out of 11 windows 9 of them were minor damage piece, and 2 had major damages.

faulty color issue.

Now we are middle of nowhere, No commitment to delivery of doors or faulty windows. Mr. Prithiv (Sales manager Tata Pravesh) has not picked my single call, since more than a week. And no final answer from any person.

Then on Oct 11th, Mr. Prithiv (Sales manager Tata Pravesh) assured that doors will be delivered on 20th Oct. Which they informed that it is getting post pond it to monday i.e 22nd Oct.

I'm definitely disappointed by your services. and I'll make sure none of my closed one's get cheated or suffer through the problem we are going through.

Today 22nd October Still not delivered. I have made my payments of Rs.3.15 Lacs out of Total Payment 4.15 Lacs
