Tata Steel — I am complaining about late delivery (Tata pravesh door)

I had booked the door on 7th September and handed 50% of the total amount to the executive. He had given me the standard 45 to 60 days deadline for delivery. It has been over 60 days and I haven't yet received the door. Also, on inquiry I got to know that the executive had made the booking on 11 th September even though he had taken the token amount on 7th (that too 50% rather than 30% which is the actual advance charged). I tried calling the toll free number and each of the representative either hung up or went on giving vauge answers about delivery. Plus, they kept insisting that I clear the remaining balance before they even deliver. I am so dissatisfied and straight up disappointed by this. I had booked the door thinking that Tata is a good brand but to be honest I don't think the same anymore. I am so sad and angry. I have registered multiple complaints on whatsapp too but nothing ever came of it.
