Tata Steel — red steel sheet faded

Sir, I am Gurdev Pathania VPO Manoh Sihal, Teh. Fatehpur, Distt. Kangra (H.P.) 176053. I want to complaint about steel sheets which got faded within guarantee period. I bought these red color sheets from Mahajan Hardware Store, Raja ka Talab, Teh. Nurpur, Distt. Kangra (H.P.) contact no. [protected] and [protected] on 16/11/2014, invoice no. 1304 of Rs. 153237. The dealer gave me the guarantee of 25 years on company's behalf and now when we contacted the dealer about the problem then he said to talk to company.
Kindly resolve my problem and do the needful.
