Tata Steel — transaction failed | |||||
Respected sir, I'm highly disappointed to let you know that my transaction failed while purchasing courses provided by tata steel though the required amount was already deducted from my account. I've recently (On 17/04/2020) registered for 'e-learning courses' provided by tata steel [phone :[protected],[protected] ; email : [protected]@capabilitydevelopment.org ] on the website www.capabilitydevelopment.org in which courses are provided at price re. 1 per each during lockdown. Now in 17/04/2020 at 12:42 pm i made a transaction of rs. 11.80 through my ubi debit card for purchasing 10 courses from tata steel and readily i made transaction but an error message occured and transaction failed though the amount was already deducted from my account. So, sir i beg to you to refund my failed transaction amount of rs. 11.80 or make me able to access that 10 e-learning courses i choosed from the website www.capabilitydevelopment.org which is hosted by tata steel.
