With reference to the above subject we siyarco industries had lifted zinc ash 50 mt, the material was completely wet and oxidized we had quoted an huge price for it rs 120850/-, we are at huge loss in this consignment due to low grade material supplied to us, and the most shocking thing is that there is no hearing from your side, there is no reply to our grievances or suggestion from your end.
Such an reputed company suppyling low grade material is very disappointing, its very difficult to work as be have beared an very huge loss
The material is only of rs 10, 00, 000/- and we have quoted more then the sale price, we want claim for such low grade material supplied, and company cant say that it was as and where it is basis because during inspection the material was in good condition, it is company duty to takecare of material, secondly quality of ash cannot be judged before process, trust plays an important role here, showing no concern towards hazardous material supplying such an low grade material is fraud
We have agreed to all the terms regarding h. W material, paying triple the freight for it, is there no responsibility of company to keep material safe in their premises, what they are imposing on buyer, on high price we are paying high freight also and the result is heavy loss that too in currend market due to supply of low grade oxidized material
Finally we want an claim for this and close the issue, further we cannot work with your company, it was great working with tata steel ltd for such an long time.
