Tata Swach — New Tata Swach Bulb giving black water

I bought a Tata Swach Bulb recently. When i fitted it, it gave dirty/black water and was not purifying water. I complaint about the same on 22.06.2014 to the customer care. They said that representative will come in 72 hrs. But even after 4 days, no one came. What type of service Tata Company provide? Generally, within 24 hours other company responds and your company is not responding even after 72 hrs.My Complaint No. is TSUP[protected]. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
