Tata Swach — Unresponsive Customer Support | |||
Hello... my name is Baiju Joseph I recently bought a TATA Swach Water Purifier Silver nano waterpurifier... some issue flared up and the purifier stopped working... i registered a complaint (CRKN[protected] on August 2nd 2015, Sunday ... the customer exec said it would be resolved in 3 days... Today is August 7th 2015, Friday and i have made 14 calls to the customer care so far requesting to look into the matter... yet nobody has responded The last executive was so shameless, he openly told I cannot do anything about it and that I would have to wait as he cannot assure me of assistance... !! I am not longer sure that the problem would be resolved as even the customer support guys have washed off their hands... I paid almost 11K to get the system up and running... for past 5 days i had to revert back to buying mineral water from stores... If there are issues people complain but if the customer support cannot get u the required support how can the product be trustworthy... Was this information helpful? | |||
