Hi,
I have purchased Ultima water purifier (RO + UV) in February 2015, now
water is not coming from the purifier, i cal'd your service desk on
19th May 2015 - Executive informed that one of our executive will get
in touch with me
23rd May 2015 - Again the executive informed that one of our executive
will get in touch with me
24th May 2015 - Again executive informed that one of our executive
will get in touch with me & raised a complaint number
CRAP[protected]
25th May 2015 - Again executive informed that one of our executive
will get in touch with me
But till date didn't get any response from your team.
We buy TATA products only because of the brand and the reputation you
have, but these days you are not responding properly to customers and
not paying much attention towards complaints, i can see that there is
your brand is getting diminished these days, if you are not capable of
providing service please do stop your products and services.
I (customer) ha(s)ve complained 10 days back and no proper attention
at all. I am seriously disappointed with your service (even at the
time of installation as well), you are creating a scenario where
people get annoyed and stop purchasing your products, once purchased
we need to chase for service...
Please someone look into and try resolving this sort of issues...
