Good afternoon sir, i am a defence personal and i met with an accident few months back I gave my vehicle to grover tata motor for further inspection and repairs They took 2-3 weeks only for inspection After that when i pressurised them fo another week then they said that my vehicle will now move towards body shop and for further repairs Then they again gave some excuses of their labour and festival. Still i told them that even if you are taking so much of time you may take more but please repair my car religiously and perfectly. I hope you can understand that this kind of vehicles are brought only once in lifeandthat too when it is on emi They took as much time as they can, they caled me at least 5-6 times and every time their is something left something missing or something is not done properly I got frustrated and told them to give my vehicle asap But in a perfect condition They delivered me my car in which you can not even expect that your dealers are betraying you and are disgraceful on your brand name Following are the problems i have been facing since then and even after my recent service from the same grover motors bareilly Let me add add one more thing that it is the same showroom from where i had bought this car 1. My door which was replaced is not of good quality and is not properly fitted and is left with some passage from where air comes 2. The quality and perfection of paint is very poor, it is still rough and not smooth 3. My complete interior got untidy and even after recent service it is still not in good condition 4. After accident my cars alignment/ balancing got disbalanced and even after 4 visit it is still the same 5. The foot pannel and door side panel re of local/cheap quality and are not fitted properly 6. Since from the beginning my gears are too hard and sometimes gets struck with 1st and 2nd gear, same issue was conveyed to them atleast 5-7 times and every time thy send my vehicle in the same condition and stil the gears are too hard and very uncomfortable. 7. After my accident in which right front door was replaced and back door was replaced their is so much of incabin noise and some interior irritating noice is coming These are not all their are many minor problems which i am facing with my car Please try and understand i had bought these car having faith and love for tata motors and invested my hard earned money I may get posted out really soon and will be in new station, then it will become very tough for me to get these things done Please look into the matter and take some action asap And please write back with some solution and justification Was this information helpful? | |||||
