I am 2nd time registering this complaint against TATA Telecom,
my tata telephone bill didn't came at given address, and after some time they disconnect the line the reason they give, we didn't pay the bill, when we call at given customer care no. they told us that they given the bill at my home and also have signature of me in it but i didn't take any bill from them actually i leave the home at morning at 9am and came at 9pm so how can i get the bill. if they sign the bill by them self then its major issue then they can sign in every bill and i didn't receive the bill every time.
so please help us.
