[Resolved] Tata Telecom — security refundable | |||
i am mukesh goel. i have submiited all the parts of telecom which are given to me by tata telecom services as the against of rs. 4000/- security deposit last more than 18 months. i have a recipt for this which is attatched here.the main branch is in karnal.when i call him they just tell me request is forwarded to concern department.not given me any time of resolution when i asked.he says only as the case is solved we contact with you.the no against the complaint is [protected]. i had submit intrument on 7-nov-2008 at asija sales agency,hisar. they submit it at warehouse on 25-jan-2009 and recipiet no is 1421. i had submit too many complaint regarding this. my latest complaint on 25-sept-2009 and till today their is no response i m getting. the complaint no is[protected]. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com .email id of tata telecom is nodalofficer.[protected]@tatatel.co.in plz sir send me the steps the i have taken. tata telecom — wrong billing & miss behave
i have been using tata photon number [protected] from last 5 months.in the month of may i recieved a bill amounting Rs.3314 but my credit limit is Rs.2500 but they didnt inform me or didnt giv me any message regarding this.before this my bill was consistence but suddenly i got the the bill of this much amount.i talked to the executive about my bill but they misbehaved with me.[protected]-i got the call from this number and they harassed me to pay the bill.i also told them to send me the detailed bill but they didnt send me the details.they hav disconnected our internet services as a result i am facing problem with my work..

tata telecom — arrogant representatives
I had a tata walky connection which i tried to surrender many times due to difficulties in paying the bills and various chargesafter two attempts a rep suggested me for a two year plan which will not have any charges i[censored] don't use the phone
I kept on paying for almost 6 months without using the phone
the reason was somebody b had activated some tunes ,clips...etc before
I told that the scheme was changed and the phone is not switched on for last 6 months
finally I could carry all the required documents to surrender the phone
then again the rep called for which i told i am not interested i have gone thru a lot of agony
He called me 3 times and kept on talking.............things like
will u throw ur mobile if it has some problem.........
I told I have paid 200 rs extra,,..........
His answer app ne tata ko kuch ehesan kiya(did u do a favour to tata by paying more)
I did it only to get rid of the wired issue
if he (the rep) or the tatas feels so may pls return the money(disscu with rep on 10 nov 2011) tele [protected]
tata telecom — request 3 times but no response
SirI am using tata internet since 11 months .Service was good.but before 3monts it suffered by signal problem.Tata no is [protected]
I feed a request on 26may2010 req. no[protected] result-nothing
2nd request on 16jun 2010 req no[protected] result-nothing
3rd request on 11jul 2010 req no[protected] result-noting
sir i paid these 3 bill but no use
what is the responsbility of tata and why it not paying attention about costumer problem
