[Resolved]  Tata Telecom — tata Photon not giving the promised speed of 3.1 MBPS

Hi,

I had purchased the Tata Photon device which promises to give a speed of 3.1 MBPS.

I have used it for a Month, it is now giving a speed of around 0.3 MBPS which is 10% of its Promised value.
The device itself cost Rs 3500. they are fooling people with that.
even if i remove the tata Photon Connection, there is no way i could get back my Rs 3500 which i paid for the Tata Photon device.
And all this in a city like Mumbai, go knows what is the speed in other Cities in India.
Also the speed has considerably reduced after the 1st month of Operation.

Is this their Business Plan or Strategy or what.

tata telecom — activation of postpaid conection

My name is Dhananjay Kumar Sharma. I m your prepaid customer. My ph. No is [protected]. I live in agra & my job is in Paharpur Cooling Tower Ltd. Sahibabad, Ghaziabad . Since I took your prepaid sim, your dealer from Delhi used to call me from[protected], 36, 37 & they requested me for take postpaid sim. Then I no need of it. But on date 25.12.08 I told them to take postpaid sim. But I have not got any ID proof except a company ID I card where work. I told them about it. then a person, whose named was Sahil, said that this Iis valid ID proof because where I work, this is limited company so Mr. Sahil came to me, gave me a sim which no. Is A[protected] C7B6 (807F5313).he filled a form himself & gave me carbon copy which no. Is DL01418681.he took 600/- & told that my sim would be activate 99% in 24 Hrs. & 1% on date 1/1/09.but my sim did not activate.affter that I m regularly ringing them but they do not pick my phone. when they pick my phone they always said that my sim would be activate in next 24 hours. On date 10/1/09 I told my problem on[protected] in your registered officein Delhi. They said me to fax my form & then they would solve my problem in next 24-72 hours. I have done fax on date 11/1/09.but no reply till date. on date 13/01/09 Mr. Sahil said that my id proof is not sufficient for sim & now I would have to give a letter which written on company letter pad & there should be mation that I m employee of this company. He said me for fax this letter on[protected].he said me for activation in 24 hours.i have done fax the letter at 11 am on same day & told him on phone.Next day he said that he had not got my letter. he said that now he would activate my sim by his own id but he did not do it once again. on date 17/01/09, saturday again I rang him then he said that he could not activate my sim therefore he would return my money on Monday but he did not come. since last 2 days his phone is switch off. His no. Is [protected].

I have spent lot of money on them, more than sim cost. Now I m requesting to you for take urgent step. Otherwise I will take step.

Dear sir/madam, I'm still awaiting a response from your company. The details you sought have been sent to you weeks ago. The matter lies unresolved for months. Tata Telecom has not only provided very substandard service, there is no response to complaints about this service. I'm now beginning to wish I had never bought a few thousand rupees worth

My Tata Indicom number is [protected]. It pertains to a USB data modem, with which I have had numerous problems, as you can ascertain from the complaints lodged. To summarise them again for you,
(a) Where has something like 1000 rupees of balance in my account vanished?
(b) How has my account changed to a lifetime account with a higher billing rate without my knowledge?
(c) Why have none of my mails or complaints not been heeded? It took a public denunciation of your company's rather pathetic service to elicit a response from you.

Tata Photon Plus — not giving the promised offer

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had purchased Tata photon plus internet servises on January 13 th 2009.my account no. is[protected] .It was with the offer 5 gb usage free every month.After usage of 1.5 months usage my serve got disconected without any information.i thought that it will be some temporary problem of net. after 6-7 day i visited to customer care nerul to get the information about the problem. Customer care informed me that i had balance amount of 1350, i had not paid that's why they had disconnected. Then i said i had not received any information of pendinding payment, i checked with their records my mail ID & Address both were written wrong in therir system by their mistake. Then i agrre that i will pay the outstanding & resume my services with the lapses offer, which was due to tata indicom mistake.they Denied for that & misbihaved.Even they had not suggested how to upgrde this problem within the system of loss.This is the violation of my consumer right of getting inforamation & get the right value product.
Due to network disconnection i was not able to run my business properly & i had got intese mental pressure.Please help me to get compansation of 1.5 lacks & all other expenses which will be in this process with my additional business loss which will be borne in this process.

TATA Photon Plus is the worst service provider i have ever used and their customer care is [censored]

Tata Photon — no speed of 3.1 mbps

tata photon is giving ads that consumer gets 3.1 mbps speed but it is so slow that im unable to open tata photon site itself.they are cheating customers and they are very eager to make too much bills and sending mails and messages.please take neccesary actions to save consumers from their poor service.

tata telecom — Issuing Fraudulent Notices

Tata Telecom is sending fraudulent notices to people.I have attached a notice i received even after being told that i do not have any dues while getting my connection disconnected.. On calling the person stated on the notice, she refused to connect us to her superiors or provide the phone number of the lawyer stated in the notice. The notice issued is fraudulent with delhi court and lawyer's name stated therein. Tata Telecom is liable for punishment under Indian law for the same.

tata telecom — Cancellation of no. 9212243070

Hi,

This is with referance that I Nitin Saluja would like to disconnect my tata photon internet connection no. [protected] with immidiete effect & let me know my dues to be payable. Kindly note this I am writing today but we have already given this request on customer care with telecom on 1/11/2012 but due to no response now writing by mail. so please disconnect the connection without delay. Any charges applied after this mail dropped on 18/11/2012 will not be paid. The same Have tried to lock complaint on below mentioned link of tata talecom but below mentioned link complaint is not submitted.
