Hello,

This is to inform that I was using one tata post paid connection ([protected]) but when i realised that i dont need it any more. I called up customer care dept. and told them that i want to deactivate the connection.
They asked me : why you do not want to use it ...i told them that I dont need it as there is no requirement of that connection any more as i am using one more connection of Airtel mobile.They told me that they have submitted that request and it be be done in 2-3 days time. i also requested them to return my security 600 rs. which i submitted when got the post paid connection. customer care dept. told me that you will receive a checue of the same with 3 months of the deactivation.
I switched off the phone since then knowing that it will be now deactivated.
But now after 4 months, from last 2-3 days i have been receiving a call from someone who told me that he is calling from TEES HAZARI and one case has been registered with the file number DLK-251against me for not paying the bill of TATA mobile number - [protected] which I had already deactivated four months back.He told me one notice was sent to my address but so far i have not received any notice so far.He also asked me to talk to the advocate who filed this case against me Mr. malhotra - [protected]
It is unnecessarily a harrasment of customer gor no reason. Insteaf of returning my deposit they are filing a case against me. I am using one more TATA data card connection. I am planning to deactivate that connection as well from such a bad company who harrass customers like this.
I request you to please advise me the further actions on this..

    I have disconnected my Tata broadband connection on 29th May,2009.
    I had made security deposit of Rs 500/- towards bachelor security which was due to be refunded with in 45 days. Even after 5month i did not get the security refunded.

    I have check no and all the transaction details of the check been credited to TTML account.
    After number of mails and calls to TTML customer care they committed severals date when I will received the security refund but I did not get it till now, also Customer Care has stopped replying to my mails.

      sir,we were used ur WLL no.[protected] & [protected], firstly when ur dealer came to us they tell us these boths no have free talk to each others. but when we received the bill they added bill of these no witch they talk each other.then we talk to dealer they tell us sorry these nos are not free each other([protected] to[protected],they misguide at the time of connection.so we disconnected the phones.our bill was rs.2009 we talk them about waiver witch these no. talk each other .then they waived us rs209 and we clear our account by paying rs 1800,receipt no. 50096774 on dated[protected]at NITIKA TELECOM sangrur,but they dont have clear our dues ,someone called us we r talking from delhi that ur payment not received we r going to court .now we purchase a new connection of no [protected] and they stopped out going calls and saying please pay ur dues.so please tell us where we are wrong either using ur phone or something else,we have bill payment receipt no.50096774 page no. 01936

        I had purchased 4 recharge coupon of 360rs/ in the month of april 21, 2008 but they all are already reedemed. from last 18 months i am trying to resolve my problem from tata. but i got very poor feedback from tata customer services. when even i talked with the customer care they are saying contact with the local help desk. when i contact with punjabi bagh (new delhi) local hub so they had informed me this coupon are recharged from there directly. & as per there manager somebody from there local hub was involve in this case. they will take action on it & resolve my problem but even yet money is blocked in tata teleservices. the customer care even note my complaint in the system. i am also attaching the coupon in this compliant..

          My telephone was clonned from January 09 to April 09. I came to know this fact after complaining hundred of times to tata customer care department. they said that are sorting out your problem. But from Jan 09 to April 09 the problem could solved. In this period the phone number and the instrument was of no use for me bcos i could not use it but continously i was getting fake calls from unknown persons.

          Know from past 2 months i am getting threat from Tata's so called customer care officers and from Some Om Prakash Yadav who was claiming that he is in Delhi Police and Posted at Delhi Police Head Quarter's. He called me from[protected] today (23/9/09) and ORDERED to contact some Puneet Bhardwaj who is an advocate with Some Sanjeev Sabbarwal & Co. This Puneet Bhardwaj ([protected]) said that i should deposit a balance of Ra 1020/- to any nearby tata office till 3.30 otherwise i will face a police case for it.

          My phone too was cloned .In that time i requested official to close my connection many times but they did not close.After repeated request it was closed but again got active after 3-4 days.Meanwhile i had closed my phone and kept my set away.I came to know of my active number after 15 days when my brother called me to say your old number is still active.I got bills from Tata Indicom for these duration also though i did not use them .
          Now i am getting threatening calls for bill payment.
          DEAR ALL,
          THE SAME IS CASE WITH ME AS WELL.THE NUMBER BELONGS TO SOME R.K SHARMA ADVOCATE & THEY ARE HARRASING US BY THE SAME METHOD. OUR TATA PHONE WAS FAULTY AND WE ARE NOT USING IT FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS.THE BALANCE ARE PAID.ACCORDING TO THESE PEOPLE WE ARE HAVING A DUES IN TERMS OF RENT BCOSE THE PHONE IS TILL DATE NOT DISCONNECTED.NOBODY CALLED US BEFORE THESE PEOPLE CONTACTED US.THEY STARTED USING ABUSIVE LANGUAGE AND HARRASING US.THROUGH THIS FORUM I WANT TO DIVERT THE ATTENTION OF THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES TO DO THE NEEDFUL AGAINST THESE GOONS.

          The same company with the same names and number is still operating till date from Delhi, saying sometimes Delhi police Or Court information officer etc.

          My advice is to report the matter immediately to Delhi police itself on their phone and mobile phone harassment number .

          These companies are only recovery agents hired by companies and they buy the bad debts from companies and use illegal tactics by making harassing calls. This thing is totally illegal and one should immediately report the matter with local police.
          I also submit the same details with Delhi Police on above provided link.

          You need to just call up and provide your harassment details to police staff.

            The bill for Aug'09 shows internet charges of Rs 2702/- which is inflated(details enclosed). I am after them from 28th,the billing date, no response till date.

            I am in individual user ,only to access day to day mails etc,billing charges are very high.

            Any individual can pay Rs 1000 in a day for internet usage.??????.They say billing is correct. I had taken a plan of Rs750/ per month in which 2GB data's are free downloads, they say I had used 2084 mb. then it should not be more than 800-900 Rs.

              dear sir/mdm,

              i have tata indicom post paid connection, i am using this connection since last one year,
              my plan is Honest-450 plan, when i purchased this connection they were provide UNLIMITED TATA TO TATA CALLING anywhere in india on mobile or landline,

              now the situtation is they changed this plan for all the users since last month,
              TATA TO TATA LOCAL FREE & FOR STD 2000 MINUTES,

              me and my so many friends are using this plan just for STD calls,
              because we are outside of our native place,

              i have done complain/inquiry so many times at tata customer care,
              their executives gives me different different reasons,

              now please suggest me what i have to do...

              I totally agree with gunjan.Many of the TATA users are undergoing the same problem and i suppose there should be some TRAI rules for this because as i know the postpaid plans cannot be changed till some the user himself switches to some new plans.Please suggest some solution for this problem as many whole over the country are undergoing the same problem

                Sub: Non-delivery o[censored]SB modem (data card) despite acceptance of payment in January 1 2009, nor refund of my payment

                I wish to bring to your notice that on January 18, 2009 I was approached by your Sales executive at my residence at 7 Bungalows to apply for an introductory offer for ‘Plug 2 Surf Whiz’ USB Modem. Through this offer, I could apply for this USB Modem with a payment of Rs. 3009, wherein the first 3 months I would receive free rental and usage to an amount of Rs. 1000 per month. The key selling point was that the Internet speed and connectivity was extremely quick. I was informed that the product would be delivered to me within a few days and for any concern I could liase with the Customer Care Centre.

                Since I already had a USB modem from Tata Indicom number [protected] (account number[protected], I had enquired if the new USB modem data card could be issued with the same number for ease o[censored]se and billing. I was assured that this was possible and would be taken care of. However, subsequently I received a call that my data card was to be delivered with a different number. When I explained my requirement each time I was told this would be addressed. However, 6 month later, my problem is still un-resolved.

                During this interim, I made multiple calls to the Tata Customer Care, where I was given different reference numbers everytime I narrated my issue (Reference Number[protected] spoke to customer service officer Swaroop on March 13, 2009 where I was promised a resolution on March 16, 2009 – no call or resolution; Subsequent calls in May and June and the last one on July 14, 2009 where after almost half an hour of waiting and talking, the officer abruptly hung up when I enquired the name of Head Customer Service).

                A month or so ago I received a Payorder from Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited for an amount of Rs. 1000/- (Number 985954, drawn on Deutsche Bank, dated March 28, 2009) and I assume this is part refund towards the above payment. I did not bank the cheque in the hope that my issue would be resolved. However, since I was rudely informed that Tata Teleservices cannot do anything for sales promotions carried out locally by the centres, I went ahead to bank this instrument 2 days ago.

                I am extremely disappointed with the way this entire episode has been handled and the manner in which Tata Teleservices or its franchise have made good my funds for a period of 6 months. I fail to understand how an organization can pocket customer’s funds without providing the product/ service and not so much as bother to call them and attempt resolution. Further, instead of being able to register my complaint and provide me with a satisfactory resolution, Tata Customer Care centre proved to be extremely inefficient and unhelpful.

                Needless to say this is wrong both ethically and lawfully and I would not stop from reporting this to the Consumer Forum or the press. It is not a matter of a few thousand rupees but a matter of incorrect practice by an organization of your stature.

                I seek the following:
                1. Refund for the balance amount of Rs. 2009/- which has been held back by you
                2. Compensation for not providing me with the product which I paid for nor refunding me my funds for over 6 months and; mental harassment for attempting to resolve this complaint and my multiple and countless follow-ups to resolve this matter.

                  since this january i have been facing problem of my cheque misplacemnt for bill payment from your co's authorised dropboxes.Though i m paying my bill before last date & on time My cheques are being misplaced Or getting cleared very late.due to that my services are getting hampered, without any fault of mine my outgoings are getting barred, getting repeated reminders for payment of bill, paying late charges.
                  Though I have filed several complaints to the customer care department of the company, and also filed a letter of complaint but still no remedy.
                  Please find the details of the payments made & payments received by the co, as mentioned in the letter as filed complaint at the local office civil lines nagpur, Headoffice.

                  kindly look into the matter at the earliest, & help me to get some releaf of the same & rectify the companies policy towards the consumer & consumer redressals.

                  hello,
                  my cheque has been mis placed.. i had account in canara bank which i closed 2 years back..recently i recived a call from a person saying that he is got my cheque with my sign..but i have not given any cheq to him and i have closed my account two years back. i have checked the sign which i found out as forged one.my sign was entirely different in that account.when i said this to him he is saying he will collect money from me..but i don't want to fight for all these i need a help from you saying what i can do in this case..my question is
                  1)is that cheque is valid since i have closed my account?.
                  2)is it valid since it is not having my original account sign.?
                  3)is the cheque is valid even after closing the account for 2 years..?
                  4)if yes how i can go about it?

                      Tata Teleservices Limited - In Coimbatore - I have purchased a land line connection for tele marketing, on date ted 15may. till now my connection was not activated. no proper response from the marketing people D.Krishna Kumar. When ever i call him he says i ill call u within 10 mins and makes the phone switched off.. its more than 10 days till now i dont get any response from the certain people.

I have not yet activated connection after my contineous followup to their show room. Finally i have given cancellation letter today at 4PM . Now i received a mail from the customer care auto generated mail stats that my connection was activated at 7.30 PM. Now i dont have their modem every thing was with the show room peoples. after hand over everything they activate the connection. This kind of fast service giving tata tele services.

                          I have taken a mobile connection from Tata Teleservices Limited bearing number: [protected] with account number:[protected]. I have received a bill for ISD calls during April'2008 which was not mine. Also, I do not have ISD facility in my mobile. I have lodged a complaint at Tata Indicom bearing number;[protected] dated:29.04.2008. And I was told that my mobile was cloned and it will sorted out soon. I used to get the bill for the ISD calls and also for payment reminder for the same. I have launched another complaint bearing number:[protected] dt:05.05.08. At that time I was given a new handset along with new SIM bearing the same phone number. I was also told that the billing issue will be rectified at the earliest. But till date I am getting the same bills as outstanding along with the late fees for the calls which I have not done. I was also asked by the Tata Teleservices not to use the mobile until the billing issue is resolved. But till date this issue is not resolved.

                          As nothing has progressed from the billing part and I am still receiveing the bill of 8970.00 for ISD calls, Late Payments, Minimum payments etc., for the contact which I did not use. I have also requested Tata Teleservice to block my mobile number from both incoming and outgoing to avoid further billing.

                          So, I request the concerned authority to look into this matter of cloning and do the needful.

                            Being interested from TV ads I filled up an online form for Tata indicom wireless broadband service on 06.04.09. On the next day I found an e-mail in my inbox that they will contact me soon. On Friday and Saturday of that very week I received at least 6-7 calls from TATA indicom call centers asking my address and preferred time of contact, they also informed me that the contacting personal will show me a demo.
                            On 12.04.2009 a person (name : UJJWAL DATTA) came from their BIRATI Tata Indicom outlet near Siddheswari Kali Mandir, when I asked him to show his identity he replied with a smile that it was of no use and he did not have that. Any how I allowed that person to enter, he also informed me that he does not have that demo, instead he requested me to fill up a form to get a connection saying their broardband service superior than other service providers. He also insisted me to to pay 3500 rupees for the installation of PHOTON+ (wireless broadband service). I strongly refused him saying that I would not pay him without receiving that instrument (PHOTON+). On 14th April he called me on phone saying that on 15 th April he would deliver me the instrument which might be activated on that day or later. I replied him that I must not pay until activation and not to bring that device if it was not activated. He did not contacted me on 15 th April. On 16 th April another person from TATA Indicom ringed my mobile asking my address. I was surprised and told him I have already provided that. He told me that he would activate the device. I replied that a person had already contacted me and he was involved in that business. He informed that no one other than him has the authorization to activate PHOTON+. On 18th April a person (name: SUMAN) came to my house asked for PHOTON + for installation. I told him I didn't have that and gave my phone to talk to UJJWAL DUTTA, . After their conversation on phone he rudely informed me that they were not giving me the PHOTON + because I have not paid for it. He told me I have to pay before I receive or see PHOTON+. After Suman left my house I called UJJWAL DUTTA on phone on stating the incident and inquired him about the date of delivery of PHOTON +. He informed me on the next day (19th April) he will deliver it, but from the next day on wards he did not contacted me. I also lost faith on their service and decided not to take that device. A week later UJJWAL contacted me saying my device is ready. I answered that I am not interested in their service and I will not pay for PHOTON+, A day after SUMAN called me and I replied him that I am not interested in their service. A few days after another person asked me from their call center asking me about my photon+. I again replied that I have not paid for PHOTON+. They also have not provided me the instrument.

                            On 11th May I received a bill from TATA INDICOM (Bill Number:[protected], Bill Date: 07/05/09, Bill period: 05/04/09 to 04/05/09)
                            for the payment of Rs 916.95. The bill consists Internet HSIA usage (units) = 1438 and charge = Rs 1438.00, Monthly Rental = 233.33, Free calling allowance free 1800 mins data usage
                            PM ( this shows no use so deduction of its cost)= - 840.00 Total = 831.33, with service tax, educational cess, and secondary and higher education cess the total payable amount is = Rs 916.95.

                            When I don't possess PHOTON+ how could have I used it for surfing internet (1438 units). A false bill has been generated with illegal use of an account number (the bill states my account number is[protected]. What should I do against this forgery ?

                                I am Majid F Khan applied for the new internet conection on 24th November 2008 but due to some reason been cancelled.The amount which i have paid was in cash of Rs.2500/-, after cancelation Tata Tele Service had provided me the two Demand Drafts in the name of Majid R Khan which is incorrect.And due to which bank is not accepting my Demand draft.

                                After lots of follow-up i am taking this step you are not taking any interest on my issue i have to take legal action on your company and employees.As you all misguide the customer and fraudulently earn money.

                                Your employee Mr.Kartik came to me for DD, i have provided him my DD as he told me that i am going to get the new DD with correct name.But i think he is also like the previous one i just want my money.I think all your employees just want such oppurtunity to do fraud.
                                I have tried lots of attempt on mobile number of your employee Mr.Karthik and Mr.Jitender but they never respond me.If you can help me out of this issue than i will be thank ful of you.i have the form which they have given me at the time of registration.if you need i can provide you the scan copy of that and please take a initiative for the work and complete on priority.

                                Waiting for you response sir.

                                Your executives which has taken the form is not receiving the call and this is not a way to handle a customer.

                                So, this is my request to solve my query as quick as posibble.

                                dear sir,
                                sub : bill is coming above rental charges
                                hello sir i have taken 200 plan internet broadband night plan 8pm to 8 am now my bills 2 month coming 875 instead of 225 with service charges .
                                i have complaint in telly call they have given me adjustment in 1st bill i.e of 855 i.e of 350 i have paid 450 than they have told me full day usage plan ie 300 unlimted download whole day and that month bill will come free and get u 200 night plan but again current march bill is 875
                                so i will not pay this amount and please request u to cancel and disconnect my internet broandnand connection .

                                  I am receiving continous call towards outstanding bill of rs. 1520/- from tata indicom collection agent from phone no[protected] persons saying i am calling from Delhi High Court and giving the adovate no from Sanjeev sabharwal & co. Mr. Pramod sharma No-[protected].


                                  I am not using this number since 3-4 months and was dicontinued due to insturment problem and not repiared by tata indicom despite seversal complaints. phone bills started rising due to interruptin in calls and i have already requested to disconnect the number and provide the discount in bill to pay the same. But no resporse came to me.


                                  Now calls are coming through your collection agent.

                                  I am ready to pay the bill after providing the bill details duly providing the waiver for poor services and excess charges due to poor phone service

                                  Tata - Indicom — Call to make payment even after paying all dues

                                  Hi!
                                  I used to be a Tata Indicom customer since 4 years until recently when i decided to swtich to MTNL for Broadband Internet.

                                  MTNL installed the Line and the Modem with 2 days.
                                  I decided to disconnect Tata Indicom telephone connection and made the required formalities for disconnection during the 3rd week of April.09.

                                  After few days I received a call from a person claiming to be from Tata Indicom, he mentioned that he would be comming to my residence to pickup my wireless Handset and I need to pay Rs 700 towards bill settlement for the month of April.

                                  The next day the same guy turned up at my door step to pick up my handset and collect my dues.
                                  Since I was out of cheque leaf's, I asked him if he is ok with me in paying cash. On payment of Rs 700 rupees he handed over a receipt for the said ammount. (Receipt # 05641) dated 24-04-09. He left along with the cash and the Wireless set.

                                  Since then I had been getting call from Tata indicom asking me to pay Rs 400 which is pending. I walked into the nearest Tata Indicom ustomer service centre and logged a complaint.

                                  Recently I came to know that the Person who showed up at my door step was not from Tata - Indicom .
                                  and Tata - Indicom nevere received the [payment i made to him neither the Wireless set. However the receipt is genuine.
                                  I still receive calls from Tata Indicom aNd I have to repeat the same story again and again.

                                  Isnt that strange.
                                  I am receiving continous call towards outstanding bill of rs. 1495/- from tata indicom collection agent from phone no-[protected] persons saying i am calling from Delhi High Court and using very abused language and giving the adovate no from Arun Sharmal No-[protected].

                                  Plz do some otherwise i don't have any other choice to claim case against Tata indicom

                                  TATA Indicom — unwanted call for bill collection

                                  Dear Sir/Madam

                                  I am Vipul Shah rom Mumbai. And I have by mistake select tata indicom as my wifi internet services providers. My mobile no is [protected] and accounts no is[protected]

                                  According to me my connection is started in first week of FAB. 2009. but according to your records it start from 31st January 2009. as have taken by paying cash of 3100 Rs. In which I have three months free internet access unlimited. But my internet connection is cut in last week of april by stating my connection bill has not paid and it re started on 8th of may after my email complain on 5th may. With many many times apology by your call center people. And your marketing executives assure me to provide me free access till next bill cycles that is 16th of may as you have cut my one weeks of free access. But my surprised my internet was again dis connected on 14th stating same reasons my bill is over due ??????? . it was greate surprise to me that how can my bill is over due since my first billing should generate on 16th of may ??????

                                  After so many times complain at your center no buddy listern to me but they give me advice that I should pay the bill first then only my internet connection will start again. And after some days your call center people start latterly harassing me by calling at least four times in day. I am business men and many time your call center call come when I am in meeting and I will in very Embarrassing position when your call centers call me at that time for just 1000 RS. Bill pending. But I still face these systems and just ignore it every time.

                                  Mean while your one marketing person come for sales of wire internet connection at home and in office. At that time I clearly inform him I have already dispute with tata indicom and I want to get rid of it. That person assure me that my these connection will not effect my that dispute. And he will talk to his seniors and try to resolve the matter. So I agree to take connection on both place where I have internet from MTNL. Every thing goes fine and your person install internet connection at my home. And with my great surprised on next day it get dis connected due to my wi fi bill is not paid.

                                  Dear sir if you want to keep that dispute continue then why u install wire less router and fm radio telephone etc at my home. When I approach that marketing person he said he already talk with seniors but they can not help it. But he asked me to go tata gallery to resolve these matters.

                                  So one day I approach to your gallery at dadar for resolve the matter. One of your executives attended me and he told me according to your records there bill is correct and he can do at the most discount of 200 Rs. In bill as per his power. So I told him I have not come for any charity from them I come for justices if he can prove me I have used so much high I will pay full other wise you should take back your bill and start my connection back. So he call his senior mr. santanu ( name is given by him so I am not sure about name ) and mr. santanu given me usage reports. In which it show my connection is not cut in april but it cut from 3rd of may and restart it again on 8th. Of may and I have over use so my internet is dis connected.

                                  When I asked him how can I know my over access bill with out I get my bill which is generated on 16th may. But he does not have any answer for these. And he refused to accept that from your company ( call center ) that I have no bill charge as it disconnected in april. As your usage report shows it is used on 3rd may. When I argue that your report is wronge he does not agree and he just told me pay the bill other wise your call centers people will continue calling me.

                                  Sir I can give some arguments which can prove your bill systems is not accurate
                                  1) if I have three months free access then till first week of may ( according to your records it is 31st January ) is free and your usage records shows only 77.60 paise use on 2nd may and your company generate bill of 1000 rs. And dis connect my internet. ? can u explain me why ?
                                  2) your usage report show me follwing use in months of may as follwes
                                  May
                                  1st Nil
                                  2nd 77.60Rs.
                                  3rd to 7th no usage as u have disconnected
                                  From 8th to 15th usage is 706.40 Rs. And on 8th it show usage is 101.20 rs.it means I have used 4hrs and 13 mins ( 40 paise per mins) and usage start at 11.42.55 am. Which is my office time. I already told you I have mtnl internate connection at home and office both place which is much cheapers then wi fi connection then why shall I used 4hrs and 13 mins wi fi connection and if I have to used so much high then I should take your unlimited pack of 700 RS. Instade taking plan of 40 paise per mins. I have taken wi fi connetion for using internet when I am in travel and that is max 30 mins to 60 mins in day. These means there is problems in billing systems

                                  But your seniors executive does not agree with me so I have request them to take back your modem and routers and return my money I have paid. But he re fused to do that.

                                  I do not understand just for recover less then 1000 Rs. You want to loose your customers for wi fi and 2 wired connection ????
                                  And you also spend lots of amounts in calling me for harassments. ???????

                                  I hear by request you to check my billing records of vodaphone – which I am using it more then 7 years and I am not default single times yet. And considering my records in your competitors and forget my bill and start my three connection I am ready to take unlimited plan so there is no confusion for over usage????
                                  If not then stop harassments other wise I have to complain to consumers forums against you.

                                  I hope you can understand me and do right decisions……

                                  TataIndicom — TELEPHONE BILLS

                                  SIR,
                                  This is ver sorry to inform you that inspite of disconnection of my internet services of your product, we are receiving monthly bills tll date. we had net connection of your company in the month of aug 2010 and after one month we paid the amount due Rs 514/- for aug.we informed ur company and disconnected the connection as we were not satisfied with net service.till date no one has come to collect the instrument though i informed the person who installed. when i contacted ur outlet TATAINDICOM AT SAKINAKA.they say ur connection is active .even my son (name account holder) is in abroad and sent mail for disconnection and stopping of sending bills.
                                  yours is a reputed compny, still not verifying the accounts status.
                                  pl look in to the matter and stop sending bills for services which we are not using.

                                  I am getting calls from some lady saying I am calling from Delhi High Court. I am receiving these calls on my TATA Indicom landline number. I am sure it is one of the above junk calls only. Can you tell me what to do regarding this?

                                  I surrendered a phone 3 years back paying all dues with a receipt from the company. I am sure the case is based on that.

                                    I am K.N.SAI KUMAR and i was a customer of TATA TELESERVICES LTD[PCB/CCB] and my phone number was[protected] and the address was H.no: 11-6-582/1, Devih Bagh, Nampally, Hyderabad-1and the complaint is that i cancelled my connection and i returned the ANTENNA, POWER ADAPTOR, BATTERY to a collection executive name called D.NARSING RAO ON 20-11-07 and he gave me a receipt of refundable amount of Rs.500 with his signature and name and my phone connection A/C NUMBER[protected] with ESN NUMBER[protected] and he wrote my name as K.H.SAI KUMAR instead of
                                    writing my as K.N.SAI KUMAR for that i am not getting my REFUNDABLE AMOUNT and i went to Tata office so many time but their are postponing and i met with a person who is incharge of this matter and his name is Mr.PRAVEEN with phone number- [protected] and he told me that i will get CASH instead of DD on my name and when i went to him he is postponning the matter and i want the REPLY for this issue as soon as possible.
