Tatamotors — Fraud service

This is with respect to Sidam motors Located at Bathinda .
The showroom is doing the fraud of selling the Vehicles to Army personnel by claiming themselves as CSD authorised dealer. I myself is the victim of the same.(Recently they have been registered with CSD). This is the first part of the incident and my complaint.
Secondly, the staff working there has no respect for the customer and literally spoiling the name of TATA motors. The experience I had with the staff and their services is totally terrible ...since last few days I have been running behind them for the delivery as per the date given to me but not a single soul working there has the ethics of doing their job properly..
Even the GM and MD showed such a careless attitude which was not at all expected from someone who actually commands and guide the atmosphere.
The promises and assurance they had given with respect to the delivery of the vehicle and related services was a total lie and I personally had to run behind the staff to get my Job done for which I had paid...It was a harrasment to me..All my excitement of purchasing car from TATA has been badly tarnished by the staff of Tata motors.
I would not recommend anyone to even go to this Showroom or even go for any Tata motor vehicle or service...
Behaviour towards customer is very pathetic and lie is the first thing they stick to.. Totally irresponsible and rude attitude towards the customer can't be accepted anywhere..

Disappointment is standing at the showroom for everything 👎.

#tatamotors please look into the matter... And I hope suitable action will be taken against the defaulters..I expect a compensation and an official apology for making me undergo such a harrasment...
