Tata Motors — Non-delivery of Consignment

I had sent a consignment containing important documents & bills to "General Manager-Finance, Tata Motors Jamshedpur " through Professional Courier doc. no. BLR[protected] dt.25/03/2009 from Rajajinar-Bangalore branch of Professional Couriers.
I regret to inform that the consignment has not been delivered till date (28.05.2009 because of which necessary payments to me from company is held up.
I have already given a written complaint at Rajajinar-Bangalore branch. My repeated queries at their office & mails to their Mumbai & head offices has given no benefit.They have no courtesy to reply my mail even.

i got the same mail from TATA MOTARS, MAHINDRA TECH, VIDEOCON ELECTRONICS...

they also provides contact number and email address.
action must be taken upon those fraud persons
