[Resolved] Tatamotors — Manufacturing Defect with My New TSD Minor Facelift | |||
Hi, I Have a TATASAFARI Dicor 3ltr Engine which was purchased in 2007 it is giving me a good service till date and it reached above my expectation. i have maintained it well it gives me 14.5kms milage till date m satisfied with TS Dicor 3ltr Engine............ After which i purchased a New TataSafari Minor Facelift VX 4X2 in the month of March 2012 from Concord Motors Mysore Road ( Karnataka, Bangalore ) ...i expected it will give me the same satisfaction n service like i had it with my old Safari...... but unfortunately i had a very bad experience with the New One. The Complaints are as follows.... 1. Totally Poor interior Finishing 2. The Sound of the Vehicle Irritates due to to Manufacturing Defects. 3. The Interiror Switches are not been completely connected properly as the way it has to be 4. Inside there is a hectic Engine Noise which is seriously Sick. 5. im unable to check the Milage bcoz i dont have confidence towards this vehicle for which i never drived for atleast 30kms long drive out of City..... 6. All the doors are making hell lot of noise which is very hectic due to Manufacturing Defects..... With Regards to the complaints mentioned above i had left the vehicle for first service after 1000kms. there is a defect on the dashboard of the vehicle i had given a complaint 20days before they told me the complaint has been registered successfully. but till now i havent got any reply from the TS Team. Till today after purchasing my new Vehicle i would rather prefer to go for a drive ( 400-500 kms ) only on my Old Safari instead of new one...... Becoz i dont have trust on this new Showroom TATA SAFARI Minor ...... instead goin for a new Vehicle i would have spent 1lacs on my old Safari i would have saved more than 14lacs....... I Mr Vijay Kumar , will give the Authority to TATA Moters to come n take a test drive after which My problem is will u guys take my complain seriously or shud i take any other action towards Tata Motors..... or another option is Take Back my Vehicle n Refund my Amount ........... Sir i Depak Sardar vehicle no.JH 05 CE 2037.i taken finance from tatamotors.i had due for four month emi.but collection person has not given any notice to me and they are sieze my vehicle. Without notice why they are sieze the vehicle.why they are not sieze legally. Yup ask the collection parson.
Tata Motors — defective vehicle and poor and fraudulent services
i had purchased tata sumo grande from joshi auto zone chandigarh. the new vehicle had lot of problems in terms of dirty interiros, incomplete parts and accessories etc. the agency and company was approached many a times but nothing happened and both the dealer and company refused to accept any malpractice on their part.in feb i met with an accident in same vehicle and sent the vehicle for repairs at joshi auto zone. the vehicle delivery was delayed and finally delivered after 2 months. i was also harassed at the time of delivery and was asked to produce lot many documents including a police report that was not required. further i was hardly given any time to inspect the vehicle and was handed over vehicle in late hours that also prevented me from have any closer look at the repair works.
the dealer resorted to unfair means and cheating while undertaking repairs works. it appears that insurance company also played foul and poor repair works were overlooked to the extent that parts that were repaired were shown as having been replaced causing loss to me and to insurance company and benefiting the dealer.
the company and dealrs have been approached on numerous occassion and except promises nothing else has been done., joshi auto zone till date has not commented on most of the complaints.
