Tataplay — Refund not received

Dear Sir / Madam
I had sent this below mail along with attachments to [protected]@tataplay.com, called customer care many many times saying that i have mailed with evidence stating that i have not received the funds back ., But technicians who call me tell me buntly that they did not receive the mails and send the same, i kept telling them that i have sent many trailing mails and reminders but no one have responded past 12 days but in vain and he/she repeat themselves that i should mail them, i even asked them how can i prove you that i have sent am telling you i have! They say no havent recieved, how will i prove it ???, i have mentioned the mail id correctly, but i feel helpless and frustrated when they say they did not receive and to resend. How many times will I resend the same to the id just for them to say they haven't received it ??? .
Same goes on fund refund, i keep telling them i haven't received the funds but they say it's gone from their end and i need to check with the bank, i have called paytm customer care and hdfc bank but they tell that the funds have been redirected back to sender (tataplay) thus i need to check with them.
Since 26th Feb 2023 I have been calling and mailing tataplay customer care but in vain and agony, they just read the script and do not go out of the box to even care to address my distress ! yesterday out of frustration I even told them that I give up and I can do this any more , therefore to keep my money.
This platform is my last attempt to get back my money, I hope !!!

This is regarding the wrong recharging of id no [protected] of Rs 4530 from paytm ID Attachment no 0, Which was made on 26th Feb 2023 at Around 6.37pm,
I immediately called the tata customer care and raised the complaint tic no is 49pvz526, they informed me that same will return back to my account with 7 days.

Therefore the amount was tried to be refunded from the remitter (tata play) on 27th Feb 2023 attachment no 1-4, There was a failure in the transaction because the hdfc account was NRE therefore no deposits accepted from India.
Nevertheless, due to this reason I am providing an alternative payment mode, thus I humbly request Tataplay to remit the amount to UPI [protected]@paytm (attachment 5) asap.
