Asking for double subscription

I am a subscriber of tataplay and have the binge facility where about 20 apps are included in the subscription-sonyliv, voot, aha, zee5, sunnxt, etc.
Till the 11th of May they were working fine but since then every time I open an OTT app it asks me to pay premium subscription. I have raised a complaint the same day and since then I have been bombarded with calls every 30min/60 min asking me to explain the problem which I did multiple...

Upgrade and subscription under false info by agent

My parents (both 80yrs + ) TataPlay HD box stopped working. Remote was functional. TataPlay sent a technician to fix it.
Technician said the settop box needed to be changed. When asked to install a new box he said TataPlay HD boxes are no longer used and we need to get a TataPlay Binge box.
He put a TataPlay Binge box and gave a new remote. Charged 1800₹ via account and activated a subscription of 349₹ a month. He didnot...

Refund not received

Dear Sir / Madam
I had sent this below mail along with attachments to [protected]@tataplay.com, called customer care many many times saying that i have mailed with evidence stating that i have not received the funds back ., But technicians who call me tell me buntly that they did not receive the mails and send the same, i kept telling them that i have sent many trailing mails and reminders but no one have responded past 12 days but in...

Excess amount debited fm account

On 27/08, I had been unable to view my channels and so gave a call for tech support . The technician checked the dish and replaced the defective plug socket in the dish antenna to a new one which costed abt Rs.300. After replacementr all my TV's worked fine . After some time, I recvd a notification that Rs.600 has been debited in my acct for whihc rs.300 as socket charges and another 300Rs as RELOCATION CHARGES...

Refund

Hi
Good morning. I have recharged my DTH for the amount of Rs 1000 through Gpay on 01/04/2022. The transaction is successful but balance is not viewed in DTH. So I have made the alternate payment through other mode and it is successful. Kindly look into the issue and refund my amount as soon as possible....

Subscription recharge date

The payment for Rs. 2484 (Rs. 207 x 12) was made on 12.4.21 for annual recharge for Sub ID [protected]. Accordingly the recharge date should be 11.4.21. But as per the record of tataplay the due date was 10.2.2022.

Infact the Tataplay had the record of my payment till 2020. Tataplay don't
have uptodate record of my payment on Feb. 2022. Hence I provided the invoice of 2021 sent by Tatplay and also the other details...

Regarding subscription money

This is to inform that subscriber no [protected], have paid subscription money of 663/- through Google pay on 31/1/2022 & tataplay people say that the money hasn't been credited whereas it has been dected from my account & have clarifed with Google play people too ...both have said its cleared but tataplay are saying that they haven't received...they have deactivated my account now.
Requesting you uo please look into the matter & clear...
