Booked cab on 16th Oct for 17th, 10.30pm.nobody knows whereabouts of the cab.we contact the driver at10.15.he has no information. Repeated phonecalls are kept on hold.on threatening, replacement sent.but he says meter not working. We use the cab anyway because the travellers are senior citizens and they realise that they are being armtwisted, its late at night.plan to ask for compensation and involve transport authority Was this information helpful? |
