I booked a cab on 29th August, 2015 for 11:01 am and then later on for 11:51 am with booking id's TFS-PP-C29625369 and TFS-PP-C29632466, in both the cases when i called the drivers after waiting for them for around 30-45 minutes, they both denied the duty, worst was yet to follow when i called the customer support and talk to a lady and her manager they spoke to me very rudely and were not ready to help me out. They straight away denied helping me and disconnected the call on my face. Was this information helpful? |
