Taxi For Sure — Harrasment in providing cab

Hi I booked a cab by company Taxi for sure by booking no TFS-RT-C7546007 ( DL-01-YD-5525) from New delhi Railway station to Nyay Khand-I Ghaziabad on 3rd Jan-15 in the morning 8 am and the booking is for 9am. When I reached outside the station and call the cab driver named Virender Jawahar ([protected]), he denied to come, Then I called up again to the taxi for sure customer care where the executive simply said sorry and informed that they arranging another cab for me within 15 minutes, but after 30 minutes no cab came than again I called up and again the customer executive assured me that another cab is coming and reaching to me within 15 minutes but again no one come and at last I booked a cab myself from the station and reached at home. I was kept waiting outside the station in open in the cold season. along with my wife and 5 month old baby with me. Due to which my baby got sick and I went her to the doctor on next day.
