Hi, My name is Alok, booking id: TFS-PP-C20614326. I had booked the cab for 8:30PM, 6th June for Vasantkunj to New Delhi Railway station. I got the booking confirmation, Driver Number and name through SMS. When I called the driver he said I haven't got any booking. The driver name is Bablu Shah and mobile number is [protected]. Due to that I missed my train, I was going out of delhi with my family, I had a tatkal ticked which I am not able to cancel. So, please let me know that who will pay the cost of ticket.
