Hi Team, Date of Incident[protected] SANTOSH PRASAD YADAV WB-04-G-3975 Booking Id is TFS-PP-C33521734 AGAIN EXPERIENCING AN HORRIBLE SERVICE FOR KOLKATA .Today at evening after 5:30 I booked taxi for sure THROUGH OLA APP from Howrah station but when I Call the driver he asked for parking charges also he denied the duty so within 2 minutes i cancelled the cab. This can be checked in the APP that I have cancelled the cab but I have not received the SMS regarding this. But after 20 minutes I have been charged rs 89 and I had OLA money for Rs70 which was deducted. By Booking Id is TFS-PP-C33521734. REQUEST YOU TO PENALISE THE DRIVER FOR THIS AT LEAST YOU SHOULD TERMINATE HIM REGARDING BREACH OF CONTRACT. Thanks Avishek sen [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
