Taxiforsure — Change not given by driver and no response from company | |||
After my ride driver told me he has no change. I struggled 20 mins near secunderabad railway station but no luck. As I had my train to catch up soon driver told me that he will return the change back at my house. What happened next, below is the sequence : 1) I called driver at least 4-5 times a day to get the change but he made some other excuse saying he can't come. 2) I called call center stating the same, very rudely TFS employee replied that 7 days over we can't take any complaint. 3) I mailed to their official ID and till date waiting for my own money for no reason stuck with TFS. Meanwhile I kept calling driver almost daily and finally he told he is out of hyderabad for long time. (Sounds Hillarious) What matters here is company has no proper channel to address user complaints. Imagine its just a change request, If something big would have happened, still call center lady will reply you are late by 6 days ! Waiting for my money from 35 days !
