Booked my first ride for my parents for the railway station using their preliminary coupon TFS150 . applied the coupon alright, got the confirmation email and sms too. Yet the driver demanded money. Trip#1 TFS-PP-C37336036. Embarrassing to say the least. The customer care verbally on record accepted the glitch with the app yet were incompetent in helping me. When your first experience turns into a nightmare, pretty sure will never be using them again. Was this information helpful? | |||

I did not get an error while applying the coupon. I tried the app later again, if a code is invalid it doesn't let you apply it... They did say its only applicable on pick now bookings but then it should have given me an error. Coupon Just seems like a ploy to get you to download the app .

I booked a cab which came on time but then the AC did not work.. Also the driver was DRUNK. The worst part is that the company doesn't give a about these complaints !! Absolutely pathetic !!
