Taxiforsure — Driver not responded at all

Received the booking confirmation TFS-PP-C6739464 and driver details from TaxiForSure. Driver did not even call to know the pick up point and not responding to the calls. I booked the taxi to go to railway station. Driver phone turned to not reachable. Even customer care was not able to find the driver whereabouts. I had to take an auto in the last moment with triple fare and finally caught the train. Surprisingly I received a soft copy of bill from TaxiForSure. An important note I got from the mail as follows... "This bill is issued by the cab driver and not by Taxiforsure. Taxiforsure acts only as an intermediary for arranging the cab services"
