Taxiforsure — Exorbitant charges by a Taxi from your company & Verbal abuse - Traumatic experience

Hello, In Chennai, my wife and I happened to board a taxi from 'Taxi for sure' on 06-Mar-2015 at 6.45pm. It was on road pick-up. I travelled from NGO-Colony Adambakkam (Near Mahalaxmi apartments) to Thiruvanmiyur RTO office. The driver did not switch on the taxi meter and when reminded replied that it is not in working condition. Instead he switched on the small digital meter that records the Kilometers and said we can calculate accordingly.The meter showed 11KM and the driver asked us to pay Rs.383/- (Non-AC travel) When asked for the actual taxi tariff he refused to say that and started shouting at us. I threatened to call 'Taxi for sure' customer care, he got wild and alighted from the taxi and started shouting at us. The following are the details of the Taxi. Tata Indica White TN22 CH 0851 Please look into this complaint and respond to me at the earliest.
